“wala si tyler?” kobe asked agatha, agatha looked up from her phone, smiled at kobe at umiling.

“biglang may meeting sila ng thesis group mates niya eh, okay lang ba sayo?” agatha asked kobe, kobe smiled at agatha, playing with his keys.

“so the cake?” kobe asked, trying to start up a conversation with agatha who was on her phone.

“we ordered two, but yung friend ng ate ni ty, gave us a discount, marami ata bumili ng cake niya when tyler and I posted it.” agatha said, kobe nodded and hummed, not knowing what to say, lately kasi sobrang awkward na nila.

“agat—” kobe was cut off by agatha answering the phone,

“yes babi, I'm with kobe na, yes po, okay po, I know, yes babi, of course, sige na makinig ka na sa leader mo, yes babi, opo, do your best. Yabu” agatha said, smiling throughout the entire call, kobe swallowed the lump in his throat.

“yabu means love you” kobe thought to himself, it was something agatha said to him a lot of times before.

“so... You and Tyler?” kobe asked, glancing at agatha, agatha smiled.

“yeah.” agatha answered, kobe nodded, tapping his fingers.

“kumusta kayo ni pauline?” agatha asked kobe, her phone on her lap na. She was smiling and looking at kobe,

“alright.” sagot ni kobe, agatha nodded, not wanting to push anything if kobe didn't want to speak.

“does he make you happy?” kobe asked in a low voice, agatha looked at kobe.

“very.” sagot ni agatha, and it broke kobe's heart, because when he looked at her, her eyes were showing it.

She was really happy with tyler, tyler who makes time for her, tyler who was the one that wipes her tears when he makes her cry. Tyler was the one who carried all of her emotional baggages.

“we're here!” agatha said, kobe nodded.

Sabay silang pumasok to pick up the cakes, nginitian sila nung friend ng ate ni tyler when they came in.

“oh eto yung orders niyo” she said, agatha gave one to kobe.

“eto, libre na for tyler, ayan yung mocha cake.” nanlaki ang mata ni agatha, mocha was her favorite, not tyler's.

“sure po kayo sa mocha?” agatha asked, she nodded.

“I asked ty kung anong flavor gusto niya, sabi niya mocha raw” the ate said, smiling and excusing herself to get change sa bayad nila.

“isn't mocha your favorite?” kobe asked nung palabas na sila, agatha nodded.

Kobe started driving carefully dahil may cake na nga, he kept on glacing kay agatha who was on her phone.

“agatha.” kobe called out, agatha looked at kobe,

“I'm sorry” kobe said, kumunot ang noo ni agatha.

“i'm sorry for breaking your heart, for not loving you back, for causing you stress, for letting you miss out on a lot of opportunities, I'm really sorry agatha.” sabi ni kobe, pouring his heart out, agatha smiled and placed a hand on kobe's shoulder.

“okay lang yun kobe, its all in the past, I hope we can be friends.” agatha said, smiling with hope in her eyes. Kobe nodded.

Friends was the only thing agatha can offer kobe, kobe pushed down the hurt, friends nalang ang kaya ni agatha and that was is fault.

“got the mocha cake?” tyler asked, helping agatha with the bigger cake she was holding for juan, agatha nodded.

“thank you babi” agatha said, tyler smiled and put his hand on her lowerback guiding them to go inside the venue chosen for juan's suprise party.

“masakit no?” ricci asked kobe, kobe looked at kobe.

They were looking at agatha and tyler who was putting up the balloons with Juan's name and his age. Agatha who was smiling ear to ear, and tyler who was making agatha smile and laugh.

“I think you missed your chance” sabi ni ricci, umiling si kobe.

“she'll find me” staring at agatha who was hugging tyler from behind while admiring their work. Umiling naman si ricci,

“what if agatha doesn't?” tanong ni ricci,

“I know she will.” sagot ni kobe.

“no kobe, what if tyler found her? Do you think agatha will leave someone who helped her?”

“iba ang mahal sa tumulong lang.” sagot ni kobe. Convincing himself that agatha is at a phase.

“oo iba nga, pero tyler helped agatha love herself, tyler helped agatha heal from all the pain you caused, kung ikaw ba si agatha hindi mo ba mamahalin yung taong tumulong sayo when everything hurts? Would you want to find that someone who gave you nothing but pain? Hindi lahat ng nawawala dapat pang hanapin, hindi lahat ng umalis ay bumabalik pa, lalo na you made her feel like she wasn't enough at all. You want her to find you again, pero bakit you left her to wander alone in the first place?”
