"bye ty, thank you for dropping marshie and please thank your ate for me." I said, petting marshie and looking at tyler, nakangiting inabot sa akin yung paper bag ng mga pinamili ng ate niya,

"no problem agatha, my family loves this little girl already, visit kayo soon ha?" tyler said, petting marshie.

"ingat driving okay, thanks for today, I hoped you enjoy up" sabi ko, tyler waved at my friends and ruffled marshie's hair before going into his car and driving.

Pag lingon ko, nakalinya sila javi, juan, noah, ricci, pio at jun, si louise na nakangiti sa gilid.

"oh?" I asked them, all of them was wiggling their eye brows.

"ikaw ha!" ricci said, passing the ball to juan, nag tratraining sila but dinadaldal nila ako, louise and I were playing with marshie.

"what?" I asked ricci, smiling at marshie who was nibbling the toy tyler's ate bought for her.

"akala ko ba si kobe lang?" bright asked, slowly because of his accent.

"si kobe pa rin naman." sagot ko, trying to look cheerful and happy.

"but things change right? We can't always expect to win a fight. Laging may panalo, laging may talo, I just happened to lose, you just accept that" sabi ko, not letting my eyes meet kobe's.

Nanahimik ang lahat ng nasa court, but I didn't care, all I said was the truth. Talo ako, may girl friend na si kobe, and I need to accept that.

"you deleted your ig?" james asked out of a sudden, umiling ako.

"I deleted some posts lang." sagot ko, marshie was licking my hand, Louise's hand on my knee,

"how was the beach?" javi asked trying to change the topic and the aura of the room.

"okay lang naman, we ate ice cream and nag swimming lang si ty." sagot ko, hindi naman nila kailangang malaman na umiyak lang ako sa ilalim ng tubig.

Their practice ended, kumakain kami ngayon sa bahay nila louise, wala si kobe because may date ata sila ni pauline.

"ayaw mo na kay kobe?" ricci asked, nginitian ko siya.

"gusto ko, but after what I saw, talo na ako." sabi ko, looking at the rice,

"what did you saw? The ig post?" juan asked, umiling ako,

"I saw everything, from the giving of the dog sa condo niya to taking the picture." sabi ko,

"so you went to his party." sabi ni javi, tumango ako

"wouldn't miss it for the world, I went kahit ang sakit sakit na."

"why'd you keep doing this to yourself?" tanong ni ricci, ibinaba ko ang kutsara't tinidor ko.

"I don't know," sagot ko, because honestly, hindi ko na rin naman alam, after all the efforts na inilaan ko kay kobe, wala pa rin, hindi pa rin ako mahal niya.

"talo na ako." sabi ko, my eyes blurry from the tears building up in my eyes, pero I continued to look at the plate in front of me.

"hey, hindi ka naman deserve ni kobe" sabi ni louise,

"kobe deserves better" sabi ko, louise rolled her eyes

"ikaw yung may deserve ng better agatha, you wasted one year of your life doing everything for kobe, di ba dapat may bakasyon ka sa paris nun, that was your dream, but you postponed it para kay kobe kasi may lagnat siya nun. Sobrang dami mo nang sinayang na opportunities for kobe, pero dahil lang sa sinabi mo na mahal mo siya lumayo siya sayo? Bullshit yung kobe deserves better, ikaw na yung best for kobe and its his fault na hindi ka niya makita so for God sakes, just give yourself a chance, wag na si kobe." louise ranted, ricci rubbing her back to calm him down, lahat sila nakatingin sa baba and avoiding my gaze.

"you were supposed to go sa france?" lahat kami ay napalingon sa nagsalita, it was kobe, his eyes wide, with pauline. I smiled at them,

"tara kain," sabi ko, inviting them to the dining table.

"no, agatha, you were supposed to go to paris?" kobe asked, not sitting down.

"wag mo na isipin yun" sabi ko, smiling at pauline, para naman malessen yung awkwardness.

"no, agatha, we need to talk." sabi ni kobe.

"wala naman dapat pag usapan kobe," I said softly, playing with the hem of my shirt.

"let's end whatever this is, kailangan natin mag-usap agatha."
