My heat was finally nearing its end and I'm glad. I won't be stuck in the safe room anymore. Lan Zhan has been staying beside me never leaving my side. He's always making sure than I'm near him and where he can see and hear me..

Possessive much but who cares, I love him and that's never gonna change. I'm truly thankful that he's my mate and not someone else. I would've run away if my mate was someone else.

I've actually been in love with Lan Zhan since the very beginning. Call it love at first sight, the first time I saw him it was like my world suddenly stop. He's so cute and handsome even when he was still young. Even though he's always silent all the time and only say a few words.

'A-Xian.' I smiled and hug my brother Yunlan tight. He's been keeping me company since Lan Zhan has been practically drag out of this room by his father.

'Glad you finally arrive now where's my food.' I whined a little which only made Yunlan laugh.

'Here's your favorite Spicy dishes along with lotus pork rib soup.' Yum. I quickly ate the foods making sure nothing was left.

'Aisshh you always eat like there's no tomorrow.' I laugh before hugging Yunlan again. We started to talk about random things.

'How's A-Wei and A-Yang? Where are they?' When you thought of it, I haven't seen my other two brothers in a while now.

'Shen Wei is busy helping Dad and Mom while A-Yang is with his mate Xiao Xingchen.' Oh. I only nodded before I began to blabber again.

I suddenly jolted when I felt something weird. It feels like something bad is about to happen. Before I could say something, loud howls was suddenly heard from afar. The door to my safe room suddenly burst open.

Lan Zhan came in looking panic and that made me more worried.

'Lan Zhan what's going on?' I was beginning to panic as I felt more weirder.

He didn't tell me what's going on and just carried me and immediately ran through the back door. I was now more confuse than ever. Yunlan followed behind us closely. I can see fear in Yunlan's eyes so I tried to calm him down by sending comforting messages through our mind link.

Lan Zhan finally stop when we reach an old looking cabin. He walk inside and then went into another room where a large metal door was hidden by thick layers of curtains. He hurriedly opened the door and we went in. Inside was more cozy than I expected.

There was a bed, a long sofa, mini fridge, and TV. At the other end lies another door which I'm guessing is the bathroom. It looks like a small apartment to me. I quickly took a sit on the sofa followed by Yunlan as Lan Zhan closed the heavy metal door, securing it.

'Lan Zhan what's going on? Why are we here?' I asked him again and I'm glad this time he gave me an answer.

'Wens!' That one word shock me to the core. What does those stupid big pack want with us. Specifically with me. I began to shake as I was terrified.

Yunlan immediately tried to calm me down but failed. I was already panicking and hyperventilating all at once. My vision was starting to blur as I started to breath hard.

Lan Zhan came into my view as he cradled me to him. I calmed down as I smelled his sweet and addicting scent. It made my nerves calm down making me breath normally again.

'Wei Ying don't worry I won't let anyone touch you. I won't even let them lay their eyes on you.' That brought a smile on my face. It made me relax and I realized that I wasn't panicking anymore.

'Yunlan can you mind link the others and asked if everything's going well?' Lan Zhan said as he gave me a quick kiss on the lips. I blush but didn't say a thing.

'They're doing fine. The Wens as well as a few Rouges are now being pushed away from the boundary.' That made me feel more relax and safe. I push my face back on Lan Zhan's chest and smelled his addicting smell.

It smelled so good that I can't help but to smell it some more. Soon I began to doze off but before I could sleep the metal door suddenly opened. I jump awake to see Dad looking so disheveled. His eyes looking frantic.

'Dad, hey I'm okay.' I tried to get his attention and it worked. He ran towards Lan Zhan and I, snatching me from Lan Zhan. He gave me a bone crushing hug making Lan Zhan let out a warning growl.

'Thank god you're safe A-Xian. That bastard Wen Ruohan has now targeted you for another reason.' I began to fell scared again.

'What reason?' I asked with a shaky voice. I was already afraid of knowing what that reason is. Instead of answering me Dad gave me back to Lan Zhan before we... I mean them since I was being carried by Lan Zhan walked out of the safe room.

We made our way towards the Pack House which is now full of injured warriors. Mom was tending to them as well as Lan Zhan's Mom.
