Moon Goddess' Test
And The Truth 1

I'm now waiting by the cliff as the others watch from a far. At the stroke of midnight the moon goddess herself will appear and take me to do my test. Mom has been busy preparing me for this and I won't let her down. Especially since Lan Zhan will be watching.

At exactly 12:00 AM the moon goddess appeared infront of me in all her glory. We all kneeled before her to worship her.

'Stand up my children.'

We all stood up as she smiled at us. She truly was a beauty. The moon goddess then look at me.

'My child finally you have come of age. He will be proud to see you taking after him.'

'Who?' I didn't know who moon goddess was talking to him so I couldn't helo but asked.

'Your father my child. You are the son of the Great Black Lycan Wolf and I. We are your parents as well.'

I got more and more confused at what the moon goddess is saying.

'What are you talking about Moon goddess?'

'Your parents now weren't suppose to bare a child since Mrs. Cangse is unable to conceive a child. I gave them my blessing and gave you my only son to them. You are my son the future king of all. Your father was the Black Lycan Wolf and he is my mate.'.

We all got shock at the huge information. This is all madness. How can I be the son of the moon goddess and the ancient black lycan wolf.

'A-Xian what the moon goddess is saying is true. You are her beloved son given to us to raise and to protect. I'm sorry if we didn't tell you this. You weren't ready yet and the moon goddess wanted to tell you herself. That's also why I kept telling you that you are special. Very special.'

I nearly collapsed if it weren't for Lan Zhan who's quickly by my side.

'My son let me show you your past memories.'

The moon goddess' palm glowed before she touch my forehead.

Thousands of weird memories began to flash in my mind one of them was when 'I' was a baby. 'I' was walking towards this huge black wolf and once 'I' was beside it 'I' changed into a small black wolf with red eyes.

The scenes changed and now 'I' was standing beside a young boy that looks a lot like Lan Zhan. He was wearing an all white outfit while 'I' am wearing an all black one.

The scenes continued to change until 'I' was standing right in the middle of a war. War between all supernatural beings. The huge black wolf was fighting a huge mob of werewolves then a glowing white wolf suddenly appears right in the middle of the fight. The wolf was so ethereal, so out of this world with how much power she's emitting.

The black wolf and white wolf fought together. The scenes changed again to where the black wolf was killed, the white wolf disappears then the other scenes were all a blur.

I opened my eyes and let out a gasp. My head hurts a lot.

'You see now. You and Lan Zhan had been destined together for a long time now. Let's just say the two of you never really died but was rather reborn again. Now come my child it's time for your test.'

I was then pulled away from Lan Zhan's hold and both the moon goddess and I disappeared from thin air. We reappeared in the celestial plains with Suibian standing by my side.

'My dear child your test will be simple. All you have to do is make the right decision. You and your wolf will have different test to see if both of you are worthy of the power. Now sleep my child.'

I woke up with a light throbbing in my head. I can hear a lot of voices coming from somewhere. Looking around I found myself lying in a luxurious king size bed. The room was so elegant looking, a room fit for a king.

'Your highness you're finally awake.' an old man came in with a fee maids following behind him carrying trays of what I'm guessing is food.

'W-who are you?' I slowly back away but then a man wearing a crown walked in along with a woman who's glowing. I then recognize the woman as the moon goddess. That means I'm in the past, to my first life here with my real parents the black lycan wolf and the moon goddess.

'Son you're finally up. Come here.' I was engulf in a bone crushing hug from my father. Since I'm in my past I might as well act. I can't do anything or else it might affect my test and being in this past is probably just part of the test.

I wonder where Suibian is. Is he okay?

After my parents left I ate my breakfast  then took a bath. I was told that I was suppose to be training with the lycan warriors today so I wore clothes fit for training.

On my way to the training grounds I got lost a couple of times with how big the castle is. I also went to a lot of dead ends so it took me a while to get out of that complicated place. The outside was more complicated as the castle was right in the middle of a fricking maze made out of walls instead of grass.

I soon found out the reason for having the castle right in the middle of the maze. This was one of the defense if there be an attack, they will have to go pass the maze if they want to get to the castle. This was great defense and all but pass this huge maze of walls lies the huge town just a few miles away. With this maze those villages will be the first to be attacked.

And since I already saw that a war is coming I guess my test here is to do what the king wasn't able to do which is save his people. Maybe that's my real test or maybe not.
