After that hot steamy night I didn't allow Lan Zhan to distract me since we still need to see how much our pack warriors had trained. This upcoming war isn't really simple and I realise thag now especislly after remembering what happened in the past.

I'm afraid this war is also the reincarnation of the war back then. And if I'm correct then I'll make sure no more lives will be lost. I know it's hard but as the Moon Goddess' child I too have to protect my brothers and sisters. I can't let a bloodbath happen when I can definitely prevent it from happening.

"I'd expect you to be limping but I guess Lan Wangji showed mercy and made it easy for you." I glared at Jiang Cheng who had a smirk plastered on his face. It's not a surprise that everyone knew what happened last night. I mean the walls of the pack house aren't thick and I knew I was really..... and I mean really loud.

Plus the constant smacking on the headboard on the wall made it more loud......and the skin slapping as well. I'm sure none slept peacefully last night.

"Shut up. Not like it didn't benefit someone that others are already loud enough for them to not hear another two horny wolves going at it." I retorted back smirking in triumph when Jiang Cheng's smirk fell and was replaced by a glare.

I knew he and Lan Xichen used the opportunity to do it as well since Lan Zhan and I were so loud, others won't hear them. It was a great chance and thanks to my now super enhance hearing I can hear everything even if it's too loud.

"You-"

"Help we found two injured wolves right outside our borders."

Jiang Cheng was cut off as we both turned to a pack member who's now supporting a bloodied body of a male and another pack warrior carrying an unconscious female in his arms.

"Quick bring them inside and call the pack doctor." I shouted before running inside and clearing everything from the living room. The two were placed on the two couches.

While waiting I checked their bodies for any more injuries. I carefully felt their skin making sure to apply no pressure at all.

"There aren't any broken bones, just a lot of bruises and some huge cuts. The girl is fine with only minimum bruises but the male isn't. It looks like he took most of the hit."

Jiang kneeled beside me as he examined the unconscious male. His face was badly swollen with cuts all over it.

"But he'll be okay right?"

"Dunno. We'll have to asked the pack doctor for that."

"What's going on? A-Cheng I thought something bad happened to you so I rushed here as quick as I can." Lan Xichen said as he rushed to Jiang Cheng and gave him a hug which irritated Jiang Cheng making me snicker.

"Idiot, it's not me. It's them that's injured." Jiang Cheng said as he lightly flicked Lan Xichen's forehead.

"What's wrong future Luna?"

"I told you to just address me as Wei Wuxian. I'm not the Luna yet and this two need medical treatment. Tend to them while I go inform the Alpha and Luna."

I gave him a nod before strolling away with Jiang Cheng who's red in either anger or shyness as Lan Xichen followed behind us smiling wide.

We went to the second floor where the meeting room is located at. I didn't even bother knocking and just barged in with my usual wide grin.

"A-Xian how many times do I have to tell you to knock before you enter!" I wince when mom gave me a hard pinch in the ear.

"Mom."

"Let the boy go woman." I gave a pout as Mom turned to Dad giving him a glare.

"Did you just call me woman?!!"

"I-I didn't mean that hon. C...calm down." The rest of us watched in amusement as Mom began scolding Dad.

It's not unusual anymore to see my parents being like this. I'm quite used to it and sometimes just like today I'm the cause of their bickering.

"Alright enough you two. Now A-Xian, why are you here?" I turned to my father-in-law and smiled widely.

"Right. One of our patrol guards found two injured people and they are now being treated by the pack doctor. It looks like they are siblings."

"Alright take care of them for now. Later I'll call everyone to talked about possible strategies against the Wen's. You and Lan Zhan along with Xichen and Jiang Cheng will welcome the pack leaders Nie Mingjue, Jin Guangshan, Xiao Xingchen, Jiang Fengmian and Madam Yu."

"Right where's Lan Zhan?" I asked after giving father-in-law a nod at his request. I noticed upon entry that my mate isn't present and right now Suibian is craving for our mate.

"He's over the training fields watching over the new trainees." I didn't say anymore and left them via the window. Jumping and shifting mid air.

"Aish that kid never learns. I told him many times to use doors and not go jumping out of windows."

"Cangse doesn't he remind you of someone who's also reckless and untamed?" Cangse gave the three persons in the room a glare since Lan Xichen and Jiang Cheng already left as soon as Wei Ying jumped over the window.

"Say that again Wei Changze." Cangse cracked her knuckles before advancing towards her husband who's backing away with each step she takes forward.

"Alright  you to stop behaving like teenagers. We still have bigger problems here. The spies all sent messages that the Wen's kept growing larger in number. This isn't an ordinary war where it's only us werewolves involved. Many will be getting involved in this war. As we've already allied with the vampires via Hua Jin Feng and the Warlocks and witches we won't have problems but large number of casualties will be our loss." That eased Cangse's rage for her husband.

"Then we'll have to train harder than before. And I suggest my son. His fighting techniques are far more skillful and has strong attacks." She said before giving Changze a hard pinch on his waist.

"Right if I remember correctly A-Xian practices different sword styles from all the packs.  If so I'll have to trouble him with training the pack warriors."

"It's okay. I'm sure A-Xian would love to do so." With that they resumed going over the map
