3rd POV
''Her parents died when she was a baby?'' Ask Otoya to be sure he heard right. Ringo nodded and smile sadly. He remember his younger sister being excited to have a child that she could play lots of music to.
''As I said, died Melony's mother, my younger sister Riko Tsukimiya, right after birth. She was warned that she wouldn't survive if she had the child, but she was so kind that she chose her baby's life instead of hers. So under her pregnancy, did she make that bunny plushy for Melony.'' Explain Ringo and look at the toy plush. ''Her father, Simon Schmidt, died in a car accident short after birth. They where driving home in a taxi, when a drunk driver hit the taxa from the side, trying to get past them, and made the taxi drive right into a tree with full speed. Simon covered little baby Melony and took the hard blow to the head, which broke his spine. For two days where they in the same room. The hole family together, but with two that didn't move at all.''
''How sad.'' Mumble Haruka and had tears falling down her eyes. She use a handkerchief to dry her tears away.
''Unbelievable she went through that, even if she doesn't remember that.'' Says Eiji, also sad about her parents. Ringo, dry some of his own tears, before they could fall and ruin his make-up.
''The hospital called Shining-san, who then contacted me since I was just started working in the academy. I threw everything away and came to the hospital right away. The doctors told me everything that happen to the two and asked if I wanna become guardian to Melony. I of course, said yes and became her guardian right away, but I knew I couldn't take Riko or Simon's place as her parents, so I always told Melony to call me uncle as to not feel like a replacement for my sister and her husband.'' Added Ringo to the story and stroke some of Melony's hair away from her face. ''I also told her stories about her parents, so she know who they were and how much they love her.''
''Then, if I may ask. Is Melony talent from her parents?'' Ask Masato. Ringo nodded and tilt his head, remembering the good time he had with Melony's parents.
''Her talents is coming from her father. Simon Schmidt was an unknown singer with the talent to copy the voice of every males he heard. Melony got her talent from him, and it evolve to every kind of voices that she hear.'' Says Ringo and smile.
''But, then there was the accident that scared her, right?'' Ask Shinomiya and tip up his glasses. Ringo nodded yet again.
''She just started at the elementary school, and one month after, did it happen. She was singing along with all the other in a morning gathering, but she suddenly sneezed loud and interrupted the song. The teachers said it was fine, but the students thought it was rude and whispered behind Melony's back, which she heard. At some point she tried to defend herself, but it ended up with her talent cracking. The more panic she got, the more voices comes out of her mouth. Every students start calling her a freak and that made Melony cry and run into hiding in the school playground. I came later and found her, taking her directly home and for one hole month, was she locking herself in her own room. At the end did I decided to cancel her out of school.'' Hearing that just make the others more sad.
''Did she get home schooled?'' Ask Eiichi.
''Shining-san gave her speciel acces to the school, because he wanna help Melony getting her talent under control and use it for music.'' Ringo couldn't stop smiling at the happy things that happen to Melony all her life. ''Shining-san is like a grandpa to Melony. A grandpa that like to spoil their grandchildren, so I know Melony is in good hands here in the agency. But with her fear of using her talent again, didn't she wanna become a singer.''
''That is true. Saotome-san seems to really love Melony, so maybe that is why he let her become Cutie-Doll.'' Says Yamato, leaning on the wall near by.
