Chapter 7

"What?!" Naruto laughed.

"Ya, so I may or may not have been suspended..."

"Pfffff. Honestly though that's a really dumb reason to be suspended."

"So what I dyed the tips of my hair blue, boohoo." Sasuke mocked.

"I can't believe they made you dye it back." Naruto said, rolling his eyes.

"Ya seriously."

"Maybe I should dye all of my hair pink just to prove a point." Naruto said jokingly.

"Wait..." Sasuke said. As he got off the bed and walked over to the bathroom.

    Naruto could hear rustling coming  from the bathroom. Sasuke walked out of the bathroom holding neon pink hair dye.

"W-wait a minute. Why do you have pink hair dye?" Naruto asked.

"Uh, no reason."

"What are you going to do with that?" Naruto asked skeptically.

"We're going to dye your hair!" Sasuke said.

"Um, no. That was a joke." Naruto tried to explain.

Sasuke looked at Naruto, "I think you'd look cute with pink hair."

Naruto's face turned a deep red,

"E-Eh?!"

"Plus, you wanted to prove a point at school didn't you?"

"Y-ya? Fine I'll do it!" Naruto sighed in defeat.

"Cool." Sasuke said.

"Okay! Let's do this!" Naruto said while opening the small package.

A few minutes later Naruto and Sasuke thought they'd figured everything out.

"Stay still Naruto!" 

"I'm sorry!"

"Dummy, I just started and you're already being a pain." 

About an hour later Naruto and Sasuke came out of the bathroom. Naruto had a plastic bag over his head to keep the dye contained.

"That would've gone faster if you'd stayed STILL." Sasuke mentioned.

"Whatever. Hey, how long does this stuff stay in."

"Oh like, a few days."

"Huh. I thought it'd be longer since it's such a bright color." Naruto thought aloud.

"I can't wait to see Iruka's reaction" Sasuke said smirking.

"Hey can I stay the night here?" Naruto asked, knowing his mother would be upset.

"Sure whatever." Sasuke said. He flopped onto the bed and turned on the tv.

    A gay romance movie was playing. The main character was Danny and the other was Laurence.

"I didn't even know being gay was excepted in this town." Sasuke said.

"I don't think it is. This is just a movie after all." Naruto shrugged. 

He'd never payed much attention to the homophobia in the town so he never noticed it too much.

Sasuke suddenly turned to Naruto, "Are you gay?"

"W-What? I dunno, never really payed it too much thought."

"I guess." Sasuke turned back to the movie.

3 hours later

"Oi I think your hair is dry now." Sasuke suggested.

"Kay! Naruto said as he got off the bed and walked over to the bathroom. "I'm gonna wash this out!"

Sasuke continued watching Attack on Titan while Naruto showered.

"Does it look alright?" Naruto said as he came out of the bathroom.

Sasuke looked at Naruto in confusion. "It's completely back to normal!"

"W-what?! So that entire thing was useless?!" Naruto yelled.

"I'm gonna start counting your voice cracks."

"Oh shut up."

"Since it's almost sunset wanna go watch it with me?" Sasuke asked.

"Sure!" Naruto said with a yawn.

Sasuke and Naruto headed outside. They made small talk as they walked up the small hill.

"It's so beautiful." Naruto commented once they got to the top and sat down.

Naruto gently rested his head on Sasuke's shoulder and fell asleep.

"I-Idiot." Sasuke whispered as he pet Naruto's hair.

He carried Naruto back to his house and gently laid him down in his bed. Sasuke then lied down an felt Naruto subconsciously snuggle up to him.
