Chapter 25

Edmund's POV

{ after Y/N left the dining hall }

" Well , I hope you're happy , Peter ! " I yelled .

" You know we can't trust her . We don't know what she's capable of , she could hold the power of life and death-" Peter began but Caspian cut him off .

" - She's just a child . I doubt SHE knows what she's capable of , she'd be terrified if she learnt the witch may take over while she's here. "

Lucy chimed in " , we should tell her about the prophecy , " But was 

immediately shut down by Susan . 

" She'd go bizerk . What if it triggers her , " she paused trying to find the right word " , capabilities and she hurts someone . "

Lucy sat upright in her chair " , it would be better if she knew . "

With Lucy and Susan yelling at each other and Caspian and Peter at each other's throats I'd lost my appetite . I felt a headache coming on .

" Shut up , " I said , rubbing my temple . They didn't seem to hear me . I repeated myself , speaking a little louder but still they continued .

I felt a cold chill go down my spine , I knew this feeling all too well . Jadis was here , I could feel it . I wanted to tell the others , we had to make sure {Y/N} was okay , we had to put these arguments aside for her sake . 

I tried to get them to listen but all my worry for {Y/N} became replaced with anger as the others continued ignoring me . Lucy and Susan seemed ready to slap one another silly . Peter was out of his seat and caspian had a hand on his sword .

I threw my wine glass against the wall and yelled " , For the umpteenth time , Shut Up ! "

Lucy turned pink and looked down at her plate . Susan eyes shifted from me to the glass I'd broken . Caspian and Peter exchanged harsh looks before focusing on me .

" I've had enough of your arguing . I'm leaving . " and with that I got out of my chair and walked out into the hallway , slamming the door behind me . I had one thing on my mind .

' if we all continued to treat {Y/N} so coldly , she'd feel isolated and run into Jadis . The white witch seemed to feed on those who felt alone . I had to get her out of here . To a place where she'd be safe from not only Jadis but my siblings and Caspian as well . 

A/N //  I'm seriously thinking about renaming this How Many Fandom References Can {Y/N} Make in Narnia , does that seem Riddikulus ?
