Jester and Harry are now married but Jester left Gotham City and Halloween in the care of her parents the former King and Queen of Gotham City's Halloween with Harry's slime that he invented called Soul Robber to find new ideas for Halloween thus leaving The new king to watch after their oldest twins Jack and Sally, Jack is conflicted about being the next king of Gotham while his sister Sally did the unthinkable: bringing Jonathan Crane back from beyond the grave as Scarecrow manipulated the young clown princess to work with him and take control of Gotham City in a iron fist. Gotham City is deserted by the citizens locked away inside their homes for safety against Scarecrow. Jester will have to fight Scarecrow once again and end him permanently to save Harry, their children, their citizens and the other holiday leaders.
