Earth Angel: Part 2

I woke up in another room then I remember being in not too long ago. All I remember is Harry being taken out of the room and the rest is a blank, but I woke up and I felt a pain on my stomach, I gently touched over it and moaned with pain a bit. I didn't know what it was. I then looked over and saw Harry asleep in the chair next to me. "Harry?" I called his name softly and gently nudged him a bit. He woke up and rubbed his eyes and then looked up at me "Renee! Oh my god." He jumped up and nearly scared the piss out of me. "What?" I asked. His hand flew up to his mouth and he just stared at me. I was confused why he looked like he's seen a ghost or something. "Harry, why are you staring at me like that, babe?" I asked. Harry removed his hand and sat back down slowly, still watching me as he did. "Where's Darcy??" I asked looking around the room. "I don't remember the birth..." I was confused on why I couldn't remember it, I remembered Jake's. Harry grabbed my hand and rubbed the top of it with his thumb. "Where is she?" I asked again. "Do you not remember anything, baby?" Harry asked. I shook my head, I didn't know what he meant either. "No, what happened?" I asked, I became scared fast.

Harry took a deep breath and sighed "Baby, they almost lost you for a minute, they didn't think you'd wake up this quick though." I couldn't believe that. "What happened to Darcy?" I asked "Did she make it, too?" Harry nodded and smiled. "Yes, they performed a C-section right away and that's about the time you drifted off..."
"I wanna see her." I said leaning up more. Harry nodded and stood up. He kissed the top of my forehead and walked halfway out the door and got a nurse.

They brought Darcy into the room and let me hold her. When they put her in my arms, I felt that wonderful feeling. The one where you fall in love at first sight. I felt tears hit my eyes as I held my baby girl and watched her stare back at me with blue eyes and chubby cheeks. "Beautiful, isn't she?" Harry said leaning down beside me and watching me and her stare at each other. I felt like she knew exactly who I was. I nodded and smiled "Oh- oh yeah." her hand then wrapped around my finger. I felt the same way wit Jake when he was born. "You're both miracles, baby." Harry said smiling. I looked up at him, breaking away from Darcy and smiled at him. He was right, we were. Not only I was because I almost died during the child birth, but when I was born, I had health problems. I had dies 4 times as a baby, I stopped breathing. My acid reflex was bad as a baby and caused me so much trouble. I couldn't eat anything without throwing it up afterwards, so I lost a lot of weight. I hope Darcy doesn't have any health problems. Jake is a healthy baby. "Can I hold her? I haven't yet. I wanted you to be the first to hold her." my smile grew bigger and I chuckled and handed her off to Harry. It felt good that he waited for me to wake up, but he didn't have to do that. Harry took her in his arms and smiled down at her. His raspy voice began singing to her with a soft smile.

Harry sang Darcy "Earth Angel" by The Temptations. I wiped a tear from my eyes and smiled as he looked at me. "That was beautiful, baby." I said sniffling. He smiled and looked back down at her again. He rocked her to sleep and the nurse came back in and took her back to the nursery.

Later on, they let me get up and walk around. I was still in pain, but I did. I walked down to the nursery with Harry and the rest. Jake was there. "Which one is she, daddy?" he asked. He couldn't see because he was so short. Harry chuckled and picked him up and held him. Jake looked into the window and asked again which one she was. Harry pointed to the second row and the third one. Jake smiled and said, "She is beautiful, daddy." I smiled at him and Awed, it was the cutest thing I've ever heard. Anne stood next to me as we watched Darcy peacefully sleep. "How are you feeling?" she asked. I shrugged "I just wanna go home." I chuckled. She nodded and smiled "Yeah, I know that feeling, believe me." she looked over at Harry and smirked at him. Harry looked over and pouted his lips. I looked away and laughed, I kept watching my baby girl sleep. I felt tears hit my eyes. She did look beautiful and I can see just as she slept, that she looked like me. I felt Harry's arm wrap around me and he kissed my head "Beautiful like her mother." he said. I smiled and looked up at him "I love you" I whispered and he smiled back "I love you, too. Thank you for bringing two wonderful babies into this world for me. Thank you for having my babies." I wrapped my arms around him and rested my head on his chest. "I'd have your babies any day, I'd go through this pain more and more if you wanted more. I'll give you more, baby."

I loved this man standing next to him, him and our beautiful children we have together.
