Hello everyone!
A few notes before you read on:
Firstly, you'll have more than one love interest in this fanfiction. However, our favourite star-touched elf will be your significant other at the end. I hope I can make you fall in love with the other characters in the process though! In that regard, please note that there will be mature content (pretty R - rated stuff) as the story goes on.
On that note, this story is a slow-burn romance and a long fic. I do not see Aaravos falling in love immediately and that's how I'm going to portray it. Everything I do with all my and TDP's characters is purposeful and ultimately adds to why Aaravos does the things he does. You can skip ahead to ACT III if you want to leap into action however. You will be a lil confused and miss key scenes, but you should be able to catch on okay. Hopefully you stick around though! I have much in store for you xx
Lastly, please note that the reader is depicted as living with albinism. This story is not intended to focus on the condition, nor in any way will it fetishize it. The Dragon Prince has elegantly showcased diversity without exploiting it and I hope to carry that trend throughout this story. Please let me know if any information present in the story is offensive or erroneous. I will gladly make amends and I'll apologize deeply in advance. In that case, if you would like to learn more about albinism, please let me know! I will give you all the resources you require :)
