"Sero." Kaminari paused their Minecraft game. "Yeah?" Sero raised a brow. Kaminari's face was a tiny of pink and he was nervous. "I think I'm in l-love." Kaminari muttered out. Sero felt his heart shatter into a million pieces. "W-with who?" Sero managed a smile. Kaminari then looked to the side. "Jirou." He mumbled. "What?" Kaminari's face grew redder. "Jirou!" Kaminari yelled out this time. Sero had heard what Kaminari said. He just needed to hear it again, so he could lose all hope in ever being together with the bright blonde. Because he knew for a fact Jirou liked Kaminari too. "I can set up a date for you." Sero chuckled. Kaminari's eyes widened and his expression showed hope and exitment. "Really?!" Kaminari pulled Sero into a tight embrace. "You're the best!" Sero blushed a bit and hugged back. Sero and Kaminari planned the perfect date for the whole week. When Saturday finally came, Sero knocked on Jirou's door.

"Hey Jirou." Sero smiled when Jirou opened the door. "Sup Sero." Jirou grinned back. "Could you come to the cherry tree behind our dormitory in formal clothing?" Jirou raised a brow, but did as told. After 10 minutes, she came out with a beautiful purple dress. "Go on." Sero smiled. Jirou just left with a confused expression. Sero just sighed when Jirou left and made his way back to his dorm. Part of him hoped the date would go horribly, while another part of him wanted it to go amazingly so Kaminari would be happy. Of course the latter happened. The next day Kaminari and Jirou came out to the class. They got cheers and congratulations from the class. Expect from Yaoyarozu and Ashido. "Good luck." Was all Yaoyarozu said, with a pained smile. All Ashido gave them was a bitter smile and then a glare. "Thanks Sero." Kaminari hugged Sero tightly. "No problem, man." Sero let out a pained chuckle. "Why are you thanking him?" Kirishima asked. "He helped me set this up. He's the best." Kaminari grinned. Sero just smiled awkwardly. Ashido had a worried but sad look on her face. "Sero, come to my dorm after school." Sero just nodded. After school, Ashido grabbed Kirishima and Bakugou, and then bolted to her dorm. "Sero's in love with Kaminari." Kirishima gasped loudly and Bakugou just said 'ok'. Though Bakugou actually was worried about Sero. The trio chose Sero's favorite ice creams from the fridge and chose Sero's favorite movie on Netflix. They're were going to have the best sleepover ever. And they did. It consisted of Sero's sniffs and sobs though. It had been 2 days since Jirou and Kaminari had come out about their relationship.

Sero sat in his bed, slowly rocking to the sound of Cavetown's music. He always listened to rather depressing songs, because he related to them. Too much actually. Sero didn't notice the tears flowing down, didn't notice his music ending, didn't notice the shaking of his arms, but he did notice the knock on his door. "Sero? You in there?" It was Kirishima. "We're having movie night with the class!" That was Ashido. "Are you coming or what, soy sauce?!" Bakugou. "Hanta, are you in there?" Kaminari... The love of Sero's life. One major reason for his depression. Kaminari was easily the straightest man on earth. Everyday was a new girl, but then he found 'the one' as Kaminari put it. That person just happened to be his other best friend, Jirou Kyoka. "I'm here." Sero managed to sound fine. Okay. Good. Happy.

"You coming, bro?" Kaminari again. He was a bro. All that he was going to be. Never anything more than a bro. "I'll be out in a sec. You guys can go already." Sero said through the door. The four students said bye to the raven head, and then left him alone with his dark thoughts. Sero stepped into his bathroom. He took out his pills, debating on taking two, liked supposed to, or just downing them all. It was an everyday thought. He was glad U.A allowed pills, because if not, he would have to choose a more painful way out. Of course, the pills were anti-depressant pills, and were supposed to make him happy, but how could simple pills make him feel better about himself?

Sero stepped out of his dorm with a black and big hoodie. The hoodie was probably his second favorite. His favorite was the same, but with yellow lighting bolts on it and the shoulders had holes on them. The hoodie was a Chargebolt merch hoodie, made for women. Sero was surprised to have found his size. The hoodie was supposed to be too big. Sero of course had some jeans on under. Sero's clothes were nice and clean, but Sero looked like absolute shit. When he stepped in the common room, Ashido hugged him.
"Oh, baby. Are you okay?" Sero just slowly nodded. "I've decided that today is Sero appreciation day!" The class agreed. "Let's start with this, everybody say something you like about Sero." The class said simple things like, "I like how you smile no matter what!" It's fake. "I like how you're always so positive." It's all fake. Then there was only the Bakusquad, Jirou and Yaoyarozu. Jirou went now. "You're an amazing friend and never fail to cheer me up with that amazing smile." Sero smiled brightly. Now it was Ashido's turn. "You're my beautiful baby boy, and I would die for you." Sero chuckled. "You're tolerable." Bakugou scoffed. Sero just smiled in response. "You're super manly and fun to be around." Kirishima gave him a bro hug. "You got thicc thighs." Sero blushed and started hitting the laughing Yaoyarozu. "I told you to stop saying that!" Sero's face was as red as a tomato. "Kami's turn!" Ashido pulled apart the two students. "You're an amazing person and I'm glad to be your best bro." Kaminari smiled brightly, making Sero's cheeks a warm pink color. He recovered quickly from the blush. "Thanks man." Sero smiled.

" 'Best bro'. You weren't even friend-zoned, you were bro-zoned!" A voice in Sero's head said. Sero ignored it. "Let's play truth or dare!" Uraraka suggested. Everyone nodded and sat down on the floor. Jirou brought some snacks and drinks. "Kaminari, truth or dare?" Hagakure smiles(?).  "Dare!" Kaminari grinned confidently. "Kiss Jirou." Hagakure squeled. The Bakusquad looked in disgust as Kaminari kissed Jirou deeply. Sero shifted his attention to anywhere but there. 30 minutes later, and the game was going crazy. "Truth or dare, Sero?" Uraraka smiled widely. "Uh, truth?" He didn't trust his classmates at the moment. "Do you have a crush?" Sero just shook his head, nobody was really surprised. "That's because he's in love~" Ashido dragged out the 'o' in love. Sero's cheeks turned to a crimson red, as Sero looked at Ashido like she had just murdered his whole family. Kirishima just hit Ashido's head. "You weren't supposed to tell them, you dumbbutt!" Kirishima was too pure to curse you unholy people. "Haha, whoops?" Ashido laughed awkwardly. Sero just gave her an adorable pout. After 3 or so turns, Uraraka was up again. "hMmM...." She looked around at her classmates. "Sero!" Sero shifted his attention from the bright blonde. "Yes?" "Truth or dare?" Uraraka smiled widely. Knowing his classmates, he chose truth. Then Uraraka's grin widened and Sero regretted his choice immediately. "Who are you in love with?" Sero's eyes widen. The Bakusquad, excluding Kaminari, and including Yaoyarozu, knew Sero was a sensitive person and just talking about Kaminari, without even saying his name, made him have a mental breakdown. Sero just smiled at her, got up, "Bye!" And then just left. "What the?" Uraraka raised a brow. "He doesn't like talking about it." Ashido sighed. Sero managed to keep it together, until he reached his dorm. He locked the door behind him and burst into loud sobs. The voice in his head wasn't making it any easier.

"Die." and "Kill Yourself." Were common things the voice said. Sero heard those words over and over again on his way to the bathroom. He grabbed his pills and there was at least 10 of them. It was perfect. Sero didn't hear the knock on his door this time. Didn't hear his friend yell at him open the door. Didn't hear the door being kicked down. He didn't hear because he was on the ground, lying unconscious, with pills in his system. Kaminari screamed at the sight of his best friend, lifelessly on his bathroom floor.
