As soon as Denki saw you he liked you. He didn't do much about it at first, but at some point he started flirting with you. You didn't seem to mind though and that annoyed him, beacuse he couldn't seem to get you flustered or get you to blush.
He hated that he wasn't able to do this, and decided to make it his mission. Eventually he pretty much stopped flirtingwith the other girls in an attempt to focus on you. And yet he still couldn't do it, you still didn't blush no matter how hard he tried to woo you.
He constantly showered you in affection, attention and complements. When none of that worked he figured maybe that just wasn't how you showed affections so he started just spending time with you because he thought you might like that more. Unfortunately though this didn't work either. The thing is he simply hadn't caught your eye in that way, to be honest you mostly just thought of him as a good friend.
Until a training match where the two of you were put to spar together. You knew his quirk so your plan was basically just to not get zapped until he reached his limit. Which worked, with the help of your drawings, which was your quirk, anything you drew no matter what could come to life or be pulled out of whatever it was drawn on to help you. But during that match something happened that made you start thinking about him in a different way.
Near the end of your fight, he launched his final attack, during this electricity surrounded him and he had a look in his eye that you had never seen before, like he was determined to win. He looked so cool, at least before he short circuited, bur hey, that was if not kinda cute, pretty funny.
After that you started thinking. Thinking about him specifically and about how maybe instead of being just friends you might be willing to date him. You decided to give it a week and if you didn't stop thinking about him like a potential boyfriend you would ask him out.
On day one the feelings had only grew, but that didn't suprise you, feelings don't fade in a day after all. On day two the feeling were still there which again didn't phase you. On the third day when the feelings had instead of dissipating started growing larger you had to reavouluate things a bit, but it wad only the third day so you suppose it would be fine. The fourth day you started getting stressed, it was hard not glancing at Denki every two seconds.
The fifth day you had accepted that these feelings weren't leaving but had still decided to wait the full seven days just in case. On day six things weren't out of the ordinary, you still liked him and you were still waiting the last day. On the final day you got together to have lunch, you chatted for a while before you cut off something he was saying to ask a question.
"Will you go out with me"
He was obviously not expecting this as he simply froze and couldn't seem to say anything. "Wha-"
"Will you go out with me"
This time he managed to get out a response "Yes"
"I'm glad" you smiled and you gave him a quick peck on the lips.
So it would seem that Denki failed his mission to get you to blush, because in the end, the one blushing was him.
