so i decided that im just going to finish out the story and make write a sequel later on.

When I woke up this morning, my mood brightened 100% more when I remembered it was my birthday. Wow, 17 already. I couldn't believe it.

I pulled back my covers and got out of my warm bed. I rubbed my eyes as I walked into the bathroom to freshen up.

Once I was done in there, I went downstairs to be greeted by my aunt and uncle who had both called their work and said they were coming in late. Why not just take off you may ask, well that's because their jobs are very important and the boys also said they had something special planned.

"Good morning." I cheered, taking a seat next to my aunt at the table.

My uncle, being the cook of the house, had made my favorite pancakes and was in the process of making me a vanilla milkshake because I'm not really a fruit person. I never really liked smoothies, so I usually made milkshakes in the morning, even though that's not really the best thing for your health.

"Morning sweetie" Aunt Jenny slightly shouted over the loudness of the blender.

My uncle gave me a wink as he prepared the rest of my breakfast. I gave him a thumbs up back, being that we have the weirdest way of communication since we try to be funny.

We had all quickly scarfed down our breakfast, since they had to leave for work. I was soon on my own to get ready.

I wasn't quite sure what I would wear, so I tried to decided as I went up the steps into my room. To my surprise, I didn't have to decide because there was a brand new outfit laid out on my bed for me.

There was a note taped to it that read,

Here you go, Kenz. I figured you wouldn't know what to wear, since I know you too well. One of the boys will text you about where to meet us.

Ashton must have crawled through my window while over at Cal's this morning. I really need to start leaving that locked.

He had gotten me a pretty casual, but beautiful outfit. It was a tee that said "Born Rad," which I will definitely not disagree with. Also, some denim shorts, a black bandanna, and some grey vans.

After quickly showering, I dried off and put those on, throwing my hair up and tying the bandanna around my head. I then threw on my grey vans and didn't bother with makeup and put on my glasses.

My phone made a quick ding noise, stating I had received a text message. Maybe this is the one I've been waiting to get from the boys. I picked it up, unlocking it to see the message that came from Calum.

From : Calum

go to the cove at the beach behind our houses in 10 minutes. someone will meet you there.

To : Calum

well that doesn't sound suspicious at all, Cal.

From : Calum

ha ha, very funny. but really, go there and someone will show you where to go. have fun.

I locked my phone, slipping it into my back pocket and rushing downstairs, quickly checking myself in the hallway mirror to make sure I didn't look bad. After about five minutes had passed, I grabbed my keys and walked out my back door and towards the cove.

I looked around once I had arrived searching for the person who was supposed to meet me there. I made it with a minute to spare and no one had made it there before me.
