All of them wear dresses. Since they grew up in dresses and skirts, they've grown accustom and rather fond of wearing them. Romano and Feliciano not as much, but flavio and Luciano will happily wear skirts and dresses around the house and out in public.
If their significant other asks, they will happily obliged to wear a dress chosen for them
