Rain
"I wish I could have someone like you join my family." The familiar white haired women spoke to me.
What was different this time is myself. I was a child, the me of many years ago.
The women and I were sitting against a tree, looking over a river. The surrounds were beautiful just as nature itself.
The women's hair flowed as the wind blow. It was something rare for such a person, myself, to witness the sight.
"Your very pretty!" I blurted out. The women then turned and flashed me a heart warming smile. I was utterly embarrassed, my hair covered my face.
The women's hand reached out towards me, stroking a piece of my long hair.
"There'll be a time when you'll understand this." Those words slowly faded and so did the scenery of the dream.
Turning in the bed, my body began to wake itself. My eyes were the last thing that awoke from its sleepy state.
"Ahhh!" I said as I stretched out my muscles.
Once I had enough of being lazy, I got off the bed and went to the bathroom.
I heard the shower running, but I didn't realize until it was too late. I had already opened the door and stepped inside.
Aaron's and my eyes quickly came into contact. I turned around fast, not wanting to see any more then I did.
"Rain!?" His voice yelled in rage.
"Don't worry I didn't see anything, besides you had a towel wrapped around so I didn't see that. I'll be going now." I put my hand up, signaling that I was to leave.
I walked out and shut the door faster then counting to three. As the door remain closed, I let out a shaky breath. You could say I was relieved from what happened.
Scurring away from the door, I ran up the stairs that lead to an open room which had a mini fridge, a small counter with storage and a sink. Across from that was a door which led to a full bathroom. The shower wasn't as big as the bottom but it was only small in difference.
Walking to the bathroom I went straight first to the toilet, where I relieved myself. After I peed all that I had too, I washed my hands and then left.
My steps were small as I debated on how I should face him. Deciding to put on my brave face, I walked down towards the kitchen where I knew Aaron would be waiting.
"Good morning mister!" I said as normal as I could managed.
"Your acting quite interesting, Rain." My eyes widen, and looked away from Aaron as I felt my cheeks begin to heat up.
"What are you talking about? All I want right now is to eat some food. Preferably pancakes, with some fruit. Please." I some how managed to get that out of my mind and into the world for Aaron the know what I wanted at the moment.
Aaron shrugged his shoulders giving off a weird vibe. It seemed that it did suit him.
"Well, whatever you want your gonna have to tell him to make it." As Aaron said that I instantly turned around and saw who he was talking about.
"Good morning Prince, Princess." The middle aged man bowed before the two of us. I then greeted him.
"If you'd allow me, I'd like to help you prepare the meal." I spoke to the man, whose name Jack Adams. Aaron still gazed at me a little in disbelief while the other was more filled with curiosity, and if I dare say envy.
