Chapter 14

That night Percy stayed with me while mum and dad went home. The next morning I woke up when I heard snickering. I peeked my eyes open to see my dad pouting angrily and my mum snickering as they looked at us.

"What are you snickering for?" I asked quietly.

"Your father. He wanted to startle Percy awake. Since he's mad that you're sharing a bed." She explained.

"Oh come off it dad. It's not like we did anything. Plus you seem to have forgotten that Percy and I are going to have a family someday." I explained.

Dad just grumbled and walked off with mum to Madam Pomfrey. I turned around and looked at Percy as he held me close.

"Percy," I whispered.

"Mmmm"

"Come on Percy it's time to get up," I said giving him a kiss.

He kissed back before saying "Now that is a good way to wake up." He said.

I laughed and reached over to the table next to the bed and grabbed his glasses.

"Thank you, love." He said putting them on.

"Welcome," I said giving him a peck.

He smiled and got up and stretched. I burst out laughing seeing his bed head.

"What are you laughing at?" He asked.

"You're hair." I snickered.

He glared before running a hand through his hair. I sat up and did the same before putting it in a braid. I then swung my legs over the side of my bed and slowly stood up. I stumbled a little but Percy caught me. I smiled before going to walk again, Percy at my side.

"Miss. Night what do you think you're doing?" Madam Pomfrey screeched.

"Walking. I'm tired of lying in that bed. Can we please go to the great hall for breakfast? I'm starving." I begged.

Percy wrapped his arm around my waist and held me steady.

"Oh alright. But I want you back in here when breakfast is over. Understand?" She asked.

"I understand Madam Pomfrey." I smiled as Percy helped me sit down.

I put on my shoes and threw my cloak over me before Percy helped me up and out. As we were walking, I began to think about the group. As we got to the door I froze.

"It's alright love," Percy whispered.

I nodded and we walked in. Everyone looked up and gasped as we walked in. Percy directed me over to the Gryffindor table, which I was reluctant to sit at, and sat me down next to everyone. They were all gaping at me before I was tackled into a hug.

"I'm so sorry Calypso!!" Sarus cried.

I was shocked before I hugged him tightly as tears leaked out of my eyes. One by one everyone joined and began to apologize for what they did. I just hugged them all tightly and silently cried.

"I forgive you all," I whispered to them.

"How can you forgive us so easily?" Phoebe asked as they pulled away.

"Because you're my family. And I understood that you were all mad because I didn't tell you." I explained.

"No Calypso. We shouldn't have been so mean to you." Peter said.

"Yeah, you said it yourself." Lee began.

"We're family

Should have understood." The twins finished.

I laughed and hugged them again before Hermione broke threw them and hugged me tightly.

"Thank goodness you're awake. I was afraid that I would miss you waking up." Hermione rambled.

"Technically you all did. Except for Percy. I woke up yesterday evening." I explained.

"You've been awake this whole time?" Sarus asked.

"Yes, but I wasn't in my right mind so Madam Pomfrey closed of the hospital wing. If it wasn't for Percy I would have been in all sorts of hysterics." I explained to them.

They then sat down and thanked Percy for being there and asked me question after question while I ate as much food as my stomach would allow me without getting sick. They then began to fill me in on everything that happened while I was asleep.

I laughed and smiled at everyone before snuggling into Percy's side. He wrapped his arms around me and laughed with us I was happy that we were all together.

Then Harry said something that scared me.

"You four did what?" I asked.

"Harry." Sarus hissed.

"Let me get this straight. You four went to the forbidden third-floor corridor went threw a series of traps and tests before you battled you know who, who was on the back of Quirrell's head. Did I get that correctly?" I asked.

"Yeah pretty much," Mione said causing Sarus to throw his arms into the air.

"One, good job defeating him, Two if you ever pull a stunt like that again you're all going to be in some serious trouble, and three, I'm glad you're all ok," I told them.

"Mum and dad already grounded me," Sarus told me.

"Good. I should just prank you mercilessly but grounding works too." I laughed as Sarus's face lit up in fear before falling into relief. "When do we head home for the summer?" I asked.

"Tomorrow morning. Tonights the end of year feast." Phoebe told me.

"Wow. I really have been asleep for six months. Guess I have a lot of studying and homework to do over the summer." I thought out loud.

"Sometimes I think you should have been a Ravenclaw," Peter said.

We all began to laugh. Then we all went to the hospital wing since Pomfrey wanted to make sure everything was working. Surprisingly it was like I never went into a coma. I was discharged and spent the whole day with my family.
