A couple months after season 3 aired they all decided to go to regular public school. They knew that it will be hectic and weird but they just wanted to feel like normal high school students. When they all arrived to the school they all walked in together and once the doors opened everyone's eyes were on them, they were all starstruck.
Once they got their schedules and assigned lockers they headed into first period. Millie had English honors with Sadie so they took the two empty seats that were right there. As Millie took out her notebook she heard a girl whisper "she's even uglier in person" "what is she wearing" she said in disgust.
Sadie whispered to Millie "don't listen to them, they're just haters your amazing okay" Millie smiled to what she said and then went back to writing down the notes.
For the boys or Finn wolfhard it was no different. The jocks decided to make fun of them by name calling they were just mad that they made all the girls give them heart eyes instead of the irrelevant jocks.
It was currently lunch time and they all sat down on the table, they could all just sense that they've had a very interesting day or the fact that they thought they would be treated different.
"I have a girlfriend" said Noah making them all look at him with shock faces.
"Wait there she is with her group bye ima go make some tik toks" he said waving while he held his lunch.
"How did he get a girlfriend all of a sudden?" "That's weird" said Millie
"Why because the guys aren't all over you." he scoffs "not everything is about you"
"What's your problem? What because you can't flirt and get a girl is my fault"
"Okay let's all calm down" said Sadie "we have the next 2 classes together that's great" she said trying to get them excited but they just groaned and rolled their eyes at each other.
The bell rung making everyone start walking to their next class. They were in art class, they were seated and had a canvas in front of them ready to be painted on. The teacher instructed them to paint whatever their heart desires and it'll be graded.
After 45 minutes passed Millie was almost done with her painting when she looked to her right and saw a girl flirting with Finn. She would laugh at his lame jokes and occasionally brush her hand on his shoulder. Millie frowned at the sight and when Finn looked at her direction she quickly looked away.
Their last period was P.E so they were all currently in the locker rooms getting changed, Sadie and Millie in the girls and Noah, Gaten, Finn, and Caleb in the boys. They all came out wearing a grey shirt with the school name printed on it and blue shorts.
"All right" said the coach "Take a lap and then come back here" when he heard everyone groan he blew his whistle "Now!" everyone began running. Caleb was the first one to get there and then other students weren't far behind him. Finn and Millie were practically racing each other but Finn won due to his long legs. Then came everyone else.
"We're playing volleyball boys vs girls" said the coach throwing the ball to the girls side
There were three courts so they girls and boys had split up evenly to play against each other. After 3 rounds of the game the girls ended up winning by 2 points. In a game Gaten got hurt so he was benched for the rest of the time left.
Millie was making her way to the locker room when she tripped over a rock she braced herself for the impact but instead she felt an arm wrapped her around her. She opened her eyes and came face to face with her favorite annoying freckled faced boy, Finn.
"You should be more careful"he whispered making her slowly nod. Their faces were centimeters apart, noses almost touching one another's. Slowly they both started leaning in until their lips touched.
It's not like they haven't felt each other's lips before but this time it was different it wasn't on set being mike and el it was Finn and Millie and that was different.
After 3 seconds they pulled apart looking in one's eyes and softly smiling at each other resting their foreheads on one another. They pulled apart after having heard Sadie and Caleb yell
"FILLIE!!"
