Chapter 15 - What legend?

~{ y/n's POV}~

When I woke up, I realized I was laying on Shu's bare chest. I blushed a little until I touched my face. I couldn't see it, but I could feel the marks the tears left on my face from the night before.

I left Shu's room quickly and headed to my room. J showered and pulled my (h/l) (h/c) hair into a bun and went into the kitchen.

Yui wasn't up, and I really didn't want to see her face right now.

I made me a bowl of cereal and sat at the table. I was eating my cereal, when Yui came into the kitchen rubbing her eyes.

I really didn't want to be bothered so I threw the remaining cereal away. ( If u throw the extra in the toilet or sink pretend that that's what's she is doing.)

I placed my bowl in the sink and quickly walked out of the kitchen.

I went back into my room, grabbed my phone, jacket, shoes, and my car keys.

Once everything was on, I ran to the door and once I felt the fresh air on my face, I felt like time was frozen.

Everything was frozen. I don't know what happened. Even the birds were stopped mid - air. Almost like I did it.

" I mean it could be possible... "
" I live with vampires... "
" I thought those didn't exist so.... "  I thought to myself.

I got in my car and the second my door was shut, everything went back to normal.

I shook it off and went driving for the whole day. I really didn't want to be there.

~ timeskip to when y/n goes back to the Sakamaki mansion ~

I walked into the house and everyone was scrambling around.

When I saw shut walking up towards me, I felt a sudden anger rise inside me.

I wasn't mad at him because it was WAYYYY before my time. I was just hurt because he didn't tell me. I know it's selfish because we not together but it felt like I was there.

When Shu was in arms reach, I felt heat shoot through my body as a red shot of energy flew from my body.

It almost hit Shu, but he teleported out of the way.  Before he could react, I ran towards the room.

When  I got close to the door, it bursted open and I went in and closed the door.

" So the legends are true. " Rejji said as he sat in a chair.

" Rejji, shut up. I already knew that. I just wanted you to see it for yourself so we can figure out how to handle it. " Subaru said leaning against the wall.

" Can you guys stop fighting? " I said with annoyance.

Subaru rolled his eyes.

Rejji grabbed a book and looked through it.

" Read this. " Rejji said handing me the book.

" I love her. I can't explain the amount of love I have for her is unreal... "  The rest was scratched out.

" In our world, we are hunted by humans. A certain group to be specific. They are called Vânatorii.  Which means vampire hunter in Romanian. ( not full saying) In the early years, everyone was the same. Until a lady had a daughter who had magical powers. They hunters believed this would help them. Hunt vampires. Her child was named Putere ( which means power in Romanian). Putere was a great hunter. But when she fell in love with a  vampire, the Vânătorii had a witch curse her. Her curse was meant to make her powers try to kill her vampire lover. Putere 's powers went crazy whenever she saw him. When she figured out why, she's was outraged. The only way for her powers to be tame around him, was for him to bits her. And turn her into a vampire. So that's what they did. They had kids and every few generations, the same happens. But it's been over 3 centuries since their has been another child with powers. So their was a legend that this child will be so powerful that her powers will kill her lover on site. From the looks of it, ur powers were awakened when u saw that flashback. That girl, was Shu's ex- lover. That first child is a very distant relative to you. Shu has to bite you. That might take time. Until then, stay in ur room. Every night, we will come get you for ur training. " Subaru said.

I nodded.

Rejji handed me a bunch of books.

" It's your history. Read them. It will help you take your powers. " Rejji said.

Before I could even reply, I was teleported to my room. I sighed as I climbed into my bed and fell asleep.

~{ Shu's POV}~

" I can't belive ( y/n) is the girl from the legend. I have to bite her.. But once I do, we I'll be bonded forever. We aren't ready for that. I don't know what I'm going to do. "   I thought to myself as I claimed into my bed and stared at the sunrise wishing ( y/n) was laying next to me..
