Just a kiss

"Elizabeth is this guy bothering you?"-J "Oh...babe.. you're right on time"-E "Babe?"-J Elizabeth turned her head to Jughead and winked. He decided to play along with whatever she was doing "Pfft is this your new bootycall"-F Elizabeth sighed and put down her knife and back into her pocket.

Jughead put his arm around Elizabeth's waist and kissed her head "I'm her boyfriend"-J

Fangs was taken aback.. he was hurt.. they weren't together but Elizabeth got over him that quickly.

"yeah I met him in a club last night and I fell In love. We hung out the whole night then decided to be a couple"-E "Really?! If you really are a couple, kiss"-F

Jughead turned to Elizabeth with fear in his eyes. She smiled and cupped his face. "Just trust me" she whispered as she pulled him close to her. She passionately kissed him then pulled away "Happy?! Now leave"-E she demanded fangs.

He quickly left and Elizabeth laughed "Passed one of the serpent "tests"-E "That was a test?"-J "No.. but we have this rule where we always have to do anything for another serpent. And you.. kissing me.. is doing something I really needed, in that moment."-E

The two started to slowly walk to the front of the building. "Is he your ex?"-J "Kinda.. He was my.."-E "How long have you not had a true relationship"-J Elizabeth scoffed and crossed her arms "Never had one. Fangs was the closest I ever had to.. love.."-E

Jughead didn't speak for a moment. "Can I call you... Liza.. no.. Beth.. betty.. Can I call you betty?"-J "Uh sure"-E "Great"-J "Why were you even here in the first place"-E "Forgot my phone"-J "Oh that's in my "office" even tho it's just a little room with a desk and some bullshit papers on it"-E "I didn't think there would be a desk in a place like this"-J

The two started to go in the direction of Elizabeth's "office"

"Me neither. My mom said it was just the place we're please fucked when they were drunk. But I would always have to do my official serpent queen bullshit and didn't have anywhere to do it so I bought a desk and put it in that room"-E
"Hm.."-J

They got to the room and Elizabeth looked through the drawers as Jughead just watched from the door

"You're really pretty"-J "Hm.. funny"-E "No really."-J

Elizabeth glanced up at Jughead and smiled "No one has ever told me that before"-E  Jughead bit his bottom lip and then smiled

Elizabeth cleared her throat and put Jughead's phone on the table "Don't give out compliments.. Don't be nice.. at all. It'll be the thing that gets you hurt."-E Jughead grabbed his phone "Sorry"-J "Don't say sorry. Might as well just not become a serpent. You're obviously not cut out to do it so just forget any of this happened"-E

Jughead was confused. She went from adorably happy then quickly to mad.. "Wh-what"-J "You're a northside, preppy, softy, perfect, kid, who will never live up to Southside rules"-E "B-Betty- in my defense I grew up in the northside, I never set foot on the southside, but all my life I still believed that could become a serpent. When I was a little kid and having a bad day I accidentally wondered off in southsider territory. At the time, at the twilight drive in, my favorite movie was playing. So I watched it and then I started to cry thinking that I had to go back home. Then this southsider came over to me and handed me his jacket and thought I was cold. He did take his jacket back but- the point I'm trying to make here is that I never stopped wanting to be a serpent since I was a child! And now your going to be a little bitch to me just because you have problems on your own.. unbelievable"-J
