Chapter Seventeen - Where is my Child

On the morning 

of Christmas day the family was sitting surrounded the tree and opening the gifts.

"This gift is for you dad" Koto handed his father the gift that has his name on it

"Oh what it could be" he opened the box and was happy it was the gardening book he wanted but it was sold out fast.

"I saw it when I was coming back from my work and I rushed to buy it before it becomes unavailable and lucky me it was the last book."

"Thank you Son" he smiled at him.

"And who is this gift is for,... it's for you Alas" Koto's mother handed the gift to Alas.

When she opened it was one of the collected dolls Alas collecting and she hugged her grandmother and thanked her.

The day went by fast and Emi was walking with her kids down to the neighborhood to buy hot chocolate to enjoy it on this cold weather. When they bought the hot chocolate and went back to the mountain, she felt like someone was watching them. She didn't like that feeling that figure was far away, yet she felt like he was keeping an eye on them and she rushed back afraid at her kids.

When she returned, she didn't say anything to Koto or his family and she kept quiet, also today is the last day and tomorrow they will head back to Kyoto since Koto will have to go to his work.

The next day when they went to the station and reached home Koto was behind her carrying Maya and holding the stroller where Sado is sleeping. When Emi opened the door of her apartment, she was shocked by what she saw. There was a demon in the apartment and she screamed calling Alas to be her sword.

"protect the kid's Koto" Emi yelled

She dashed fast attacking the demon who tried to push her away but she was fast. She stabbed his leg but he threw her to the coach and he escaped. Emi knew she grew weaker but didn't think that she will be so weak like this.

"Are you okay Emilia" Koto approached her.

"ye...yes , are the kids okay" she asked him worried.

"don't worry I placed a shield on them they are fine" he lifted her up

"I think its time to go back" she smiled faintly

"what do you mean by that" he looked her in the eyes and he knew what she meant.

"Let's face it Maya power is growing stronger each day and it's a matter of time before all the demon will come for her and kill her, That's why I have to go back so I can protect her their and strengthen my power."

At the present

Sir Camio came flying to Maou and he bowed down asking for permission to talk and when Maou gave him the permission Camio talked happily.

"My Lord we Spotted Hero Emilia near the beach of the Church kingdom with a girl next to her with purple hair."

"What did you said come again" He didn't expect to hear this news.

"Not just that but someone told us that she was holding a baby boy that she gave birth to him he has a dark hair and a strong aura around him"

"What do you mean by that" he dashed toward Camio gripping his shoulder.

"A source told us that this baby she conveyed him for almost two years my lord" he stated.
