There lies in the night sky, celestial and benign,
The Moon, in its ethereal glory.
Affecting those around it, so worshipped;
Affected by those around it, yet unaffected.
Takes what it wants, does what it wants,
The lead of its own story, but ignorant of others'.

So naïve, so apathetical, yet so true,
Until come time to know and to learn.

Just like pin pricks in the vast ocean of sky
Shines life, bright as diamonds.
Known to the world, yet unknown, and still oblivious.
Independent, yet dependent on others
Each with its own Time and its own Fate.
Moving on, constantly, unaware of the Moon,
But never whole without it.
