"UNEXPECTED PLANS"

APOL'S POV

A few months ago...

"Tyron, calm down brother." I was talking to a raging tyrant in all seven seas. He is my brother but still, he can take me down especially with his special ability. "We will find Kal. Please don't worry, brother."

"Apolo, your nephew is reckless and still a child. He sometimes acts immaturely..." he said it all the worry around his face. I projected the water I manipulated bigger so that it feels more lifelike.

We haven't talked for years after that day I decided to settle here on land with my people.

"Brother, I will find him. I will send out the best trackers I have so please do-"

"Apol! You don't get it! My son is missing and I hurt him! I'm sure he hates me. Oh, my baby" He sits on his office desk with his head hang low. I looked at Kalika and smiled at her and mouthed "Everything will be alright" She smiled back weakly and went to his husband's side and rub his back.

"Don't worry, brother. I'm sure dad found him already and it's either he sends him to me or to Clarina" I looked at the other projected form of our young sister and exchanged nods. Her eyes changed from the royal blue to crimson.

Our family is one of the direct descendants of the first merfolk Poseidon created. So, you can expect we have some extra abilities. Clarina is a healer and a seer. She can only see a glimpse of the future.

"Big brother, he's safe so please stop worrying. Give him time." He raised his head a little and looked at Clarina. "He needs time to heal. He was hurt by the things that happened and he's confused. I can see father already found him, so please don't worry" She paused. "and about a few hours from now he'll end up in front of Apol's door.

Tyron and Kalika looked at Clarina for assurance. When she smiled at them and nodded, the chaos begins! Clarina looked at me and mouthed "Goodluck" before ending the threeway projection. Bitch!

"Now, now! Relax ok?" I said while looking at the worried look in the faces of these crazy parents.

"Apolo, tell him to go home or I will get him there!" Tyron shouted. I looked at Kalika and gestured for her to let him calm down.

"Honey, relax" when she touched him, Tyron relaxed and closed his eyes as he nods to her angelic whispers. This is her special ability as his soulmate. She can make this tyrant in front of me to be calm like a stream. "Trust your brother he will take care of our baby." She smiled and looked at me. "Apol, please take care of him. If he is not ready to go home yet please protect him and teach him ways to survive the land life" She said with sadness in her tone and tears in her eyes.

Oh, Kal... you silly fry. Why did you make my best friend cry?

Yes, Kalika and I are best friends when we were young. They even thought it will be me and Kalika. But only Kalika knows I prefer merman. And as we grow older and have our own plans. I decided to go on an adventure and she went to find her soulmate. Only after a few months, I learned that Kalika is my tyrant brother's soulmate. And at first, I was worried.
