"Bitch I'll kill you!" Casanova yelled from outside of the bathroom door.
"Nova please stop!" I sobbed. Everything was just fine. We were in the living room watching a movie and eating popcorn when I got a text from my brother sister saying that I needed to come home and he snapped.
"No! You're trying to fucking leave me! You're trying to— to— to— abandon me!" He stuttered as he banged on the bathroom door.
"I'm not! I swear I'm not!" I tried to explain to him but he just kept banging on the door.
"Kyomi you said you loved me! You said it! So why did you lie?!" He asked.
I moved closer to the door. "Casanova I swear I didn't lie." I tried to make myself seem calm but it barely worked. I'm horrified.
"Kyomi just open the door. I swear I won't do anything." He told me in a soft tone. I know that it was a dumb move, I know but he just sounded so hurt. I had to make him feel better.
I slowly reached for the door knob and unlocked the door.
"Kyomi why does everyone leave me? My mama, my pops, my granny, they all left. Is it me? What's wrong with me?" He cried on the floor.
"Casanova there's nothing wrong with you." I told him before wrapping my arms around him.
"All I ever wanted was a family. I wanted people to love me unconditionally even with my problems but I can never have that. People like me don't get that. We are just here to live, die then go straight to hell. No happiness." He spoke. I didn't say anything, I just let him vent.
"Why'd you lock the door on me Kyomi? Be honest." He looked at me.
"I don't know." I looked down at my hands.
"Yes you do." He sat up.
"Casanova you know why, why do you want me to say it out loud?" I looked up at him, growing annoyed at the fact that he's pressuring me to say this.
"Because you're trying to save my feelings when they don't deserve to be saved. What I did was corny as fuck Kyomi." He stood up.
