With that being said, Noire started walking off with the two following her as well. After reaching the bottom floor the group exited the Basilicom, but as they were making their way to where Noire was going, someone or something was on the top roof of a building near the Basilicom, watching the group walk by.
???: So, that is the great Saiyan known as Goku... This must be a joke. The great Saiyan is some stupid little kid, but they do say never judge a book by it's cover... Heh heh heh.
The mysterious figure started chuckling quietly, but also maniacally and psychotically.
???: Whatever, as long as I get to kill as much as I please, than that's all that matters. I can't wait to RIP him and his little friends into pieces, but until then, I should get ready to make a first impression... Heh heh heh.
With one last quite, insane chuckle, the mysterious figure disappeared, but a second after the mysterious figure left, Goku stopped walking and quickly looked up towards the top of building the figure was on, thinking that someone was up their watching them, although he didn't see anything he was still a little uneasy, until Noire called out to him.
Noire: Hey! Will you stop standing around, we have somewhere to be, so come on!
Noire shouted towards Goku, snapping the Saiyan out of his thoughts and quickly ran towards the other two while they were still walking away.
The group had reach their destination at a building that unlike the other two, Goku obviously didn't know about. As they made their way inside, Goku took notice of the surroundings in the room. The room had a lot of screens almost everywhere and some holographic projections of words floating around. To Goku, this was really impressive, he didn't think that even Bulma had anything this advance looking before.

Goku looked around as the three were making their way inside, but as they were walking Goku asked them about this place.
(GT) Goku: Hey, what kind of room is this?
Plutia: This is Planeptunes Guild, it's were you can accept quests for credits...
(GT) Goku: Really, what kind of quests?
Plutia: Quests like... ummm... Oh! Quests like fighting monsters...!
(GT) Goku: Really!
Goku said with some excitement in his voice, which Plutia nodded to his question.
