(GT) Goku: Huh? Hey, Noire!

Noire: What? As quiet as ever, I hear.

Noire said a bit annoyed

(GT) Goku: Oh, sorry about that. Anyways, check out this quest, it says that it's somewhere in this place called Lowee?

Noire: Uh-huh. And?

(GT) Goku: Is Lowee another nation?

Noire: That's right, what about it?

(GT) Goku: Based on what I learned from you, that means Lowee has their own CPU. Right?

Noire: That's right, if I recall Lowee's CPU's name was Blanc...

Plutia: Buh-lawn...?

(GT) Goku: So I'm guessing you both don't know this Blanc, am I Right?

Plutia: Uh-uh...

Noire: Not at all.

Both Noire and Plutia said with Plutia shaking her head no.

(GT) Goku: Is that so? Hmm...

Goku was thinking with his eyes close and his hand on his chin, making the two wonder what he was thinking about. Goku then opened his eyes and smiled towards the two.

(GT) Goku: I have an idea!

Plutia: You look soooo happy, Goku...!

Noire: Oh yeah and what might that be?

(GT) Goku: We should go to Lowee right now!

Noire: What?!

Noire yelled a bit shocked, but mostly confused.

(GT) Goku: Why not? Who knows, maybe we can be friends with Lowee's CPU?

Plutia: I'd also like to make new friends toooo... But-

But before Plutia could finish her sentence, Goku accidentally interrupted her without knowing.

(GT) Goku: Alright then, Let's go!

Goku was about to run off, but then was suddenly grabbed by the back of his top gi by Noire.

Noire: Excuse me? Stop right there, mister!

(GT) Goku: Huh? But why?

Goku asked confused.

Noire: I'm stopping you for your own good. If someone like you waltzed into Lowee's territory, who knows what awful things would happen to you.

(GT) Goku: What do you mean by that?

Plutia: Um, well, Lowee is veeeeery mysterious and isolated... We're told to stay away, soooo...

Noire: It's an isolationist nation. Maybe it became so strict because it was the only nation for a long time. It's difficult enough just to leave that place. I can't imagine the red tape required to get in. But I've never heard of any crimes or scandals happening within. Once you get in, maybe it's peaceful.

(GT) Goku: So I guess that's a bad thing for a CPU to do?

Goku asked confused, not really understanding most of this stuff.

Noire: I'm personally against the policy where you don't care about others so long as your own nation is safe. Yes... I must make my own nation as soon as I possibly can...

Plutia: Do your best, Noire...

Plutia said cheerfully.

Noire: You should try harder, too! You actually have a nation to run!
