"you idiot!" those were the words written on his wrist. tsukishima kei who calls everyone an idiot will end up with someone whose first words to him are about him being an idiot?!
After another sleepless night, it was another morning of training. You have been practicing a lot and it seemed like everyone needed a little distraction. You sat on the slippery floor and drank from your water bottle. You leaned your head back a little bit as you let the drops of sweat drip from your neck.
Tsukki gulps.
He has never thought of you this way since that incident with his hand. For him, you looked the prettiest when you didn't feel like it. For him, you're always pretty.
"I am so damn lucky," his brain fills him with these thoughts.
You put your water bottle back in your bag as you hear a loud slam. You turn to see Tsukki getting hit in the face with a volleyball. You saw his entire face getting slammed with the ball as he falls onto his knees in pain. You run to him. You pick his face up and he looked like he was about to tear up but he was doing his absolute best not to. Before anyone could see him like this, you stood up.
"Everyone gets injured every once in a while. In game or in practice. Please keep practicing. I'll take care of Kei." you say as they all looked really sorry as they have never seen him this weak.
You tugged onto his shirt and offered your hand. He took it firmly as you slowly guided him to one of the benches. You call onto Yachi to get some ice. Once she comes back, you offered it and placed it on his face. You reached for his hand so he could hold the ice but once you were about to remove your hand he took it, neared it to his face and pecked it. (look at the gif for a better explanation; also I couldn't find a nice one with a guy doing it so)

You looked at him with admiration as he smiled at you. He kept your hand on his face caressing them softly. You look back to see almost all the other boys staring at the sight before them which was you and Tsukki being sweet. Yachi was staring at you two from not-so-afar as she jumped when you met eyes.
"Life is so unfair," Tanaka says referring to the two of you. Nishinoya puffs.
"I really need to set rules about PDA!" Coach Ukai says loudly trying to give the two of you hints to stop doing what you were doing but the both of you were too captivated by each other.
