Zima was fixing her belt as she tied it around her waist. She was wearing an olive green floor-length dress with short, open sleeves. There was a pattern of black swirls on the dress, with a gold breastplate and gold belt with silver beads. She had chosen to leave her hair down, not bothering to put any accessories in it as it fell to her shoulders. She then slipped on her black shoes before making her way to the party. The Goddess of Arts was silent for most of it, keeping primarily to herself, and only speaking to her friends when she was spoken to. Eventually, Sif could see that she was not having fun, and offered to talk with her outside.
"Are you alright?" She asked.
"I'm fine, Sif." Zima replied.
"You don't seem fine." Sif responds, "You've been this way for a while now. When are you going to get over it?"
"I can't just 'get over it.' I need time. And in time, I will. I've been getting better, haven't I?"
"Yes, but can you at least pretend to stop sulking and enjoy yourself?" Sif asks jokingly.
"I'll do my best." Zima replies.
She then made sure to appear more upbeat at parties and other social situations until she had finally recovered. She spent more time working on her art again, as well as perfecting her ice magic, and doing some battle training with her friend, much to the excitement of the Warriors Three as well.
"Who knew someone as beautiful as her could be skilled in arts, magic, and fighting?" Fandral would joke as she sparred with them.
This continued for about a year until she overheard something important in a conversation between Thor and her father, as she made her way back to her room after a few rounds against Sif.
"Are you sure it's him? Does Zima know?" Her father asked.
"I haven't found a way to tell her yet," Thor replied, "but I am sure it's him. Loki's alive, and he's on Earth."
