Zima was lead to where they were keeping Loki and the agent with her kept enough distance to be out of their sight, but still listen to them.

"I'm surprised they even let you near me." Loki says.

"Don't start." Zima responds, "We still have unfinished business. You had been alive this whole time, and never thought to tell me. Do you not understand how awful I felt, thinking you were dead? I can understand whatever it is you still have against Thor, but what I don't understand is what I did to contribute to this."

"I've changed, love." He tells her, calling her that for the first time since she arrived.

"So have I, and you no longer get to call me that. The Loki I knew and loved wasn't a murderer."

"Zima, I can't tell you why, but I have my reasons."

"Reasons? That's what you call it?" Zima was on the verge of tears. "You can't possibly be serious about this." She then started to notice her hands were starting to turn blue, before using all her willpower to stop it.

"I have to do this, love. And you can join me, or stay out of my way."

Zima was silent before turning to walk away. "I see how it is, then." She says before being brought back to Thor, who, even for him, could see that she was upset.

"Zima, what happened?" He asked, but the Goddess of Arts just shook her head.

"I don't wish to talk about it." She replied. "I have seen that there is nothing more I can do here."

"What do you mean?" Thor asked.

"I mean I can see that what I thought I came here for does not exist, as much as I wish it does. Even I couldn't get through to him. I don't think I can stay here and watch whatever is about to happen."

"Are you going home?"

"I am. Not because you asked me, but because I can see a fight that I have no part in, at least not now. I'll need to be ready for when that fight does come to me, but I can't do that where everyone is waiting for me to turn on them. I just ask that you promise me one thing."

"What?"

"You bring him back alive. I know he has hurt others, including us, and I may be angry with him at the moment, but I could never wish harm or death to come upon him, no matter what he's done."

"You really are special, you know that Zima? I have never seen someone care for anyone as much as you do. I shall do my best to keep your promise."

"Thank you." Zima says before exiting the room and finding a spot on the Helicarrier to use her magic to return to Asgard.
