Chapter Two- Getting help

Getting help doesn't mean you're weak, it means you're strong to admit your weakness, getting support is the strongest thing a person can do, seeking help doesn't mean you failed it just means you're not doing it alone.

When we need help we humans like to solve our problems on our own.

When someone ask us if we need any help we like to say  "Nah, i can do this myself." when in reality we are really thinking "yes, I need your help but I'm to prideful to ask and I don't want to bother you with my problem."

Now I'm not saying ask for help for every problem because some problems we can solve just fine by ourselves.

But sometimes a  problem  is too much to handle on our own and we need that extra hand for support.

There's a lot of people in the world who don't like asking for help.

The reason is being seen as weak, being  prideful, ashame or they  don't believe in getting help.

But why is that? I don't know we are complex creatures.

But what I do know is getting help is nothing to be ashamed of.

Getting help doesn't make you look weak.

The strongest people are the ones who knows they need help.

They are not worried to be called weak because they know at the end of the day they're doing what's best for them.

Remember we're all human we all need a helping hand at some point.

It's okay saying "I need help."

Hey guys it's the end of chapter two!

Check in: How are you feeling?

For the people who are deciding to get help. I just want to let you know you're first therapist may or may not be the right one for you.

You may go through trail and error until you find the right therapist. Just don't give up!

To the people who did therapy what was your experience like?

My experience with my first therapist was good but now that I'm older I can honestly say she wasn't right for me but she did help me mature in ways I didn't think possible so I guess that's a plus.

What other topics should I cover?
