Seeing and admitting the truth to ourselves, about our role in our own problems is vital to healing.

This one is a tough one.

The first step to the journey of loving yourself is fully admitting you have a problem.

The problem can be huge or small it doesn't matter.

When a problem affects you negatively it doesn't matter the size it is.

All that matters is how you feel and what you can do to fix it!

(When it came to my problems that affect me negatively and I tried to ignore it, I always made the excuse by saying "there's someone out there with bigger problems then mine")

The truth is there are people with bigger problems than ours in the world but it doesn't mean our problems are lesser than theirs.

When it comes to wanted to be a healthier version of ourselves we have to admit our problems.

Shit sometimes we don't even know we have a problem until someone points it out.

Having someone seeing your problem before you could see it makes you feel ashamed, embarrassed or both

Sometimes we don't want to admit we have a problem/problems because admitting we have it means something is wrong with us and that's a hard pill to swallow. (Lol @swallow.)

Sometimes if we're aware we have a problem we like our problems to be cover up by being in denial or pretending it's not there.

And we shouldn't feel that way about our problems. Because problems are here to make us  grow better but it's up to us to make that growth happen.

So what can you do to admit you have a problem?

*Start by being aware of your actions and how you think!

*Be 100% honest with yourself!

*Do not sugarcoat your problems.

*Write them down in a safe place you only have access to.

It can be a dairy, a journal, your phone or your computer.

Whatever you feel which is best. 

Remember your problems can be from health,money, addiction etc....

Basically anything you have/need/want to improve in.

The problems I had trouble admitting in the past is  depression and anxiety.

My most recent one was admitting to my binge eating disorder/Emotional eating.
