UCM= Unhealthy coping mechanism.
HCM= Healthy coping mechanism.

So now that we talk about admitting our problems and getting help. We're now going to talk about Unhealthy Coping Mechanism and Healthy Coping Mechanism in this chapter in two parts.

This is going to be chapter three part one- Unhealthy Coping mechanism

Let's get started....

What is a unhealthy coping mechanism?

Unhealthy coping mechanism is when you do toxic things to yourself to battle though the hard times in your life.

Examples of UCM
* Self harm
* Isolation
* Can't stand being around someone who's positive.
* Living in the past.
* Drinking

There's more but this is what I can think of at the moment.

Unhealthy coping isn't the way to go but sadly everyone has done it, it doesn't matter how small or big.

There are ways to change UCM to HCM though.

But it's up to you to want it.

Mine was fun.

I don't like using new years resolution anymore because I never stick to it too much pressure but what are you guys looking to do for this year?
