The purple glow behind a shrouded figure was eerie on the quiet ship. Glowing purple controls flowed before the figure. A yellow eye swiveled and scanned the screen as information scrolled down. Brows furrowed together above a sharp nose. The other eye a gray in color. Black short hair on the figures head. The yellow glow shone off the metal surrounding it.

The door behind the figure slid open and a Galran soldier entered the room. "The loss of Storm Chaser has weakened the Empires resolve. They fear the powers they're forced to fight." The yellow eyed figure looked over his right shoulder, the yellow glow brightened as if in anger.

"They don't believe in my abilities..." the soldier looked nervously at the captain, "I'll show them my power." The glare in the yellow eye hardened, "Then they will see our victory."

"Call the man into the main deck, and tell them their captain has something they should see," the soldier nodded quickly and then turned on his heels and left.

The empty void of space was around the Galran men as they all stood on the main deck of their Galran ship. The yellow eyed man stood before them all and with a bright yellow shine flashed from the man's right eye, white particles filled the area around him. White bursts of energy surrounded him as it cracked into the metal of the ship, by his feet.

A booming voice echoed through the void of space, "No group of allied nations can stop my power!!! If your beliefs are otherwise, then step forward and test my might!!!" The Galran soldiers stayed silent as the black space lay vacant, no one moved. That is until a strong soldier stepped forward, a hardened face with a scowl and pitched eyebrows. "A doubter. How many more of you are there." The words weren't a question, but a statement. Three more Galrans stepped from the crowd.

The yellow eyed man glared at the four soldiers before him, all of different structures. "Then test my strength, you doubters will have your eyes opened to the lengths of my vast abilities. All of you, attack all at once if you wish, no four warriors can diminish my power." At that the broad man ran forward, straight for their captain, shortly followed by the three others.

The first man got there first, throwing a right swing followed by a quick left, yet both blows missed as the yellow eyed man's head craned back. A woman and a man flanked the first man: that throw the punches, and simultaneously kicked the back of the yellow eyed man's heads. The impact could be felt as a wave of force was caused by the blow. Their Captain's head was forced downward. All noice was silenced as the two soldiers that caused the blow jumped backwards away from their Captain.

The Galran woman chuckled, "Down without the fourth strike even, how weak," said woman sneered out a growl. Their Captain's head snapped to the right suddenly and all four warriors eyes were on their Captain. Again the Captain's head jerked, this time to the left, a pop followed the action quickly.

"Just what I needed, I nice stretch." Yellow eye flared as white energy sparked around him, "Please, continue you're futile attempts, until your test of my strength is satisfied." The fourth man, who hadn't attacked yet ran at his Captain and jumped into the air. The soldier spun in midair, gaining speed until he slammed his left foot into his Captain's face.

Fast as lightning, the Captain's hand moved and grabbed the Galran's leg, the crowd silent. A sharp under his fingers as his grip grew painful, the Galran hanging my his left leg in the hands of his Captain. "The loss of one person inflicted doubt into your heads. My voice of reason will split that doubt in two. I will have control on my ship!!" Swinging his right hand up, the dangling soldier following, and then throwing it down. The soldier smacked into the ground, a dent in the ship under him, a sickening clack followed by a scream of anguish.

The three other soldiers, that stood with the fallen man, their eyes wide with terror as their Captain stood over the still weeping soldier. The broad Galran- the first attacker- fell onto his knees before his Captain, quickly followed by the duel attacker, their torso bending over in a bow. The crowd was silent as their Captain speaks again, "My hands will guild us to victory and my strength will be their downfall!!" The crowd erupted with cheers and yells of agreement, as their Captain smirked with his right eye shining yellow.

The Captain stood in the his room staring out at the stars and planets in the distance. A haze over his left eye, an unfocused look within it.

The air around  him was hot, and sweat dripped from his body. Then his world got really cold , as if ice flooded his veins. The hot and cold, the back and forward thing was messing with his brain, speaking of: something was trying to get in. Like a knock on a door. This knock was persistent though. The knocking continued and was causing a splitting headache.

"Captain." A soldier said as the door slide opened, "There's a problem in the weaponry."

The Captain glared at the soldier with his yellow eye, "And this can't be solved by a soldier like yourself. It's so important I need to hear about it." The soldier in his doorway starts to shake within his armor, nervousness and fear radiating off of him.

"I-I'm sorry sir. I-I shouldn't have bothered you with this." The soldier bowed before his Captain, and continued to stutter, " I-I'll solve the problem sir, n-no worry." With that being the late the soldier needed to say he bolted out of the doorway. The Captain went back to staring out into the abyss of space before him, his mind drifting again to the push and pull of a time he doesn't recall. The vagueness of this distance memory that he do not remember, yet something within him told him he should know this suffering well.

A feeling within him, almost like a boiling vat to broth. Like a growling beast. Like the raging fires of a dragon. 'Wait,' his thoughts running faster now, ' A dragon? Do I know a dragon?'
