I believe it's a ship that could've worked out if Ash weren't "in the way." Rudy is more of the serious but chill type so I think he'd be able to take Misty's temper for the most part. You can see of bit of the "opposites attract" in action with this pair, Though I wouldn't say Rudy was "in love" with Misty in the beginning. He probably felt infatuation for her, especially watching her save his sister. I'm not much of the love type so comment what you think👇🏾. (Yes I'm expecting you guys to answer💀👀👀).
