After their hang out Steve has been a bit more relaxed. Steve was watching Robin sweep the back while he was eating a banana and sitting on the counter.
"So, how was your day Stevie?"
"Boring. All we did was sell ice cream nothing fun!"
"Yeah well, having a life is pretty rough."
"Yeah it is."
"Sooo...I saw you at the mall last Saturday..."
"Uhm, okay?
"...and you were with Billy."
"W-what?"
"You. We're. With. Billy. Hargrove."
"No?" Steve threw out his banana peal and fidgeted with his fingers.
"And now your lying to me? Look I really don't give a shit who you hang out with but from the stories that you tell me you guys never really got along."
"People change Rob... but yes I may or may not have been with him.." Steve starts to blush a bit.
"You two would be cool as friends. Or maybe?"
"Robbbinnnn NO."
"Okay, okay but it's always still an option."
Steve ignores her.
"How about we open shop?" Steve says in a stubborn tone.
"Yeah, okay." Robin has a smug look.

Max and Dustin were happy at what they had accomplished. They were a few steps closer to making Harrington and Hargrove a thing. They just needed help from another person...
"Hey! Robin!" Max ran into Scoops. Dustin running after her panting.
"Hey kiddos what's up?" Robin says walking towards them.
"You know Steve and Billy?"
"Yeah?"
"-Well we wanna get them together." Max continues.
"Well how are you gonna manage that?"
"Well we already got them to hang out. But we need to make bigger moves."
"And you need me why?"
"Well your Steve's best friend. So I thought you could help us out."
"Well I mean I might be able to help you. Come back tomorrow. I'll have an idea."
"Okay, bye Robin!" Dustin and Max synchronized and walked out the door.
Get Steve and Billy together, eh? Yeah I could definitely help that. Robin thought, returning to her work station.

After the hangout with Steve, Billy really couldn't stop thinking about him. His stupid hair, his dumb smile, and they way he looks at him, it's all so stupid. So he thought. Why couldn't he stop thinking about him. It's not like they were friends. More of acquaintances. So why did he think that Steve was- he needs a distraction. But what? Nothing could distract him from his beautiful brown hair and the way it falls over his forehead and the way his eyes light up in the sun shinning through the windows. The way his smile can make anybody's day. He needed to stop before this got outta hand. He can't really think this about Steve of all people. He didn't want to. He fought the thought. He couldn't stop it. At this point he did want to. He WANTED to see him smile, he WANTED to see him be his dorky self. But he didn't. He knew he'll just mess things up. There he was thinking of all the ways, all the things, all the words, to say or do to the man who stole his thoughts.

The kids were in the junk yard somewhere they haven't been in a while. Making a plan on how to get them together.
"Somewhere nice." Lucas says trying to put his 'romantic' skills into the plan.
"There's no where nice in Hawkins." Will mumbles a little to loudly.
"What about where they first met?" El says.
"The high school? I think that's worse." Max says.
"The park?" Mike cuts in.
"I don't see why not." Dustin agrees.
"How about we pull a cliché thing." Will says.
"What do you mean?" Mike asks
"Give them two notes, one to Steve saying to meet Billy at the park, and one to Billy saying to meet Steve at the park, you know like they wrote each other."
"For someone who hates romance, your pretty good at it." Max adds
"Well then, let our plan commence!" Lucas chants.
