Chapter 2: The Party

Finn woke up with a smile on her face. She had an amazing time last night and thoughts of a certain boy put butterflies in her stomach. She laid in her bed for a good while just thinking before looking over to the clock on her bedside table. She was going to be late. Finn rushed to get ready and ran out the door without grabbing breakfast. She jumped in her car and drove to school quickly. Luckily, she made it to class on time, but now she had to make it through a boring day at school. She was really dreading this day because she had a test to make up during lunch that she was so not ready for. And she had to miss lunch!

She ended up getting bored and started texting Tori.

Finn: <What are you wearing tonight?>

Tori: <IDK.>

Tori: <You should wear that red dress.>

Finn: <It's cute but IDK.>

Tori: <No buts! You look so hot in it.>

Tori: <You're wearing it. Final decision.>

Finn: <LOL bossy. I'll be over to your house to get ready.>

Tori: <See you then.>

-time skip-

Tori and Finn were finished getting ready and the boys and Jade were just about to arrive. Tori wore a pink flowy dress with black knee high boots. She wore minimal makeup and pink lipstick. Finn wore a dark red sparkly dress and black heels. She wore dark eye makeup and red lipstick. Finn felt very hot and very much not herself. Tori took a look at both of them in the mirror.

"We look hot!" She exclaimed.

"Yeah we do." Finn agreed.

They heard a knock on the door and rushed down the stairs. Tori opened the door to Beck and Andre, both looking very handsome. Beck's eyes trailed over Finn. He quite liked what he saw.

"You look amazing." Beck said sincerely.

"So do you." Finn replied with a smile.

"Hope I'm not interrupting." Jade said with a grimace.

Beck just rolled his eyes. Jade and him had recently split and it was obvious she wasn't taking it too well. Their relationship was borderline abusive. She never let him have any female friends and they were constantly arguing. Of course, Finn didn't know any of this. All she knew was that Jade hated her for no reason.

"All right girlies, let's go." Andre said.

They all piled into Andre's car. Andre and Beck sat in the front. The girls sat in the back with Tori in the middle. They drove a little ways and ended up in front of a large house. Loud music was playing and people hanging around. 

"Okay, let's go!" Tori exclaimed.

"Woo!" Andre yelled.

They all entered the party and were met with people dancing and a pulsing bass. They decided to go get drinks. Andre had soda, while the rest had something stronger. After a few drinks, they were all starting to have fun. Andre and Tori were dancing together. He was spinning Tori and she was giggling. Jade was dancing alone, yelling at anyone who touched her. Finn was dancing with Beck. They were jumping around and singing. She was leaning heavily against him because the alcohol was affecting her.

"I'mma get another drink." Finn slurred out.

"I think you've had enough, lightweight." Beck teased her.

"Notta lightweight." She said as she leaned her head against Beck.

"Okay, I think it's about time to go." Beck said to the others.

They all agreed and began heading to the car. Tori and Jade were a bit wobbly on their feet, but nothing like Finn. She couldn't walk in a straight line. She stumbled down the front steps of the house and Beck caught her arm before she could fall.

"Whoa there killer. How much did you drink?" Beck asked.

"Same as y'all." Finn replied.

"How much did you eat today?"

"Uhh."

"Okay, let's get some food in you and get you to bed."

She laughed and stumbled along with Becks arm around her, pulling her into his side, so she stayed upright. He deposited her in the backseat of the car with the other girls and got back into the front. Finn dosed against Tori's shoulder on the ride home.

Finn woke to someone shaking her.

"Finn... Finn, wake up." Beck said lightly.

She hummed and cracked one of her eyes open. Beck gently helped up and into the house. Finn was ready to go to bed. Beck deposited her on the couch and went into the kitchen to find her something to eat.

"Come on Finn, let's get you into some comfier clothes." Tori said.

Finn mumbled something and let Tori lead her up the stairs. They made it to Tori's room without an incident. Tori helped Finn take her makeup off and managed to get her into a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt. Even though Tori was a slim girl, it seemed like Finn was swimming in her clothes. Tori changed into a pair of shorts and a long sleeve shirt and took off her own make up. Not long after Jade barged in and demanded clothes, as she decided she was staying the night. Tori, not wanting to argue with her, simply gave her some clothes and let her change. Finn and Tori made their way back downstairs. Beck had made some breakfast food. They all sat down on the couch and watched TV while they ate. Finn ended up falling asleep on Beck's shoulder.
