Chapter Thirty One

"Raven's dating Dark."

"What?!" Masky practically yells.

"My reaction exactly!!" Chance says.

"Wait a second, could that be what EJ wouldn't tell us?" LJ asked Jeff who is now pulling his knife out.

"Come on LJ answer time." Jeff growls walking out of Chance's room with LJ following. After a few minutes Jeff comes back dragging a struggling EJ with him. He throws him in the room.

"What the fuck Jeff?" He growls.

"Talk, we know about Raven and Dark."

"He asked her today in the woods and she said yes. I told her I wouldn't tell Ben or you guys because it's their business."

"Does that really matter?" Hoody asked.

"Just listen. I've been watching them for what two, three years now? They make a cute couple."

"Shut it EJ. You don't talk like that about my niece." Masky growls.

"Fine, don't believe me, come with me when I go to watch them tomorrow. All they do is sit around talking or something like that." EJ walks out of the room going back to his room before going to bed. Everyone else just hangs around. Eventually they go to bed.

(Time skip to the next day in the evening)

Raven is walking out the door when Masky stops her.

"Where you going?"

"To hang with Dark." She shrugs before walking out the door. EJ is now by the door when Masky, Hoody, Jeff, and LJ come to join him. They set out following Raven but stay out of range for her to detect them. They stop and hide behind the trees watching her. She climbs up the tree and to the branch where her and Dark sit. He is already there waiting for her. "How is it you always beat me here?" She smiles at him. Raven pulls her mask off putting it in her hoodie pocket.

"Cause I leave before you do. Also I don't get distracted." He smirks.

"I don't get distracted." She argues.

"Yes you do. We was talking the other day and a bird distracted you." He laughs.

"Ok maybe I do get distracted at times."

"What's Chance up to? He always seems to disappear when I'm around."

"Same as always hanging with Silver playing Pokemon. Oh and I told him. He's not to happy at the moment."

"I'm guess he threw a bitch fit when you told him?"

"Yep." She said popping the p. "I made him swear an oath but yet he insist on telling Uncle Masky and everyone."

"You do know he's only looking out for you?" Dark says looking over at her.

"I know. He has always looked out for me."

"That's because he's a good big brother." The sun starts to set and Raven looks out into the distance.

"Sun's going down. The others would be going hunting about now. Let's go." Raven climbs down the tree and then Dark joins her.

"Let's go." He takes her hand and they run for the edge of the woods. Raven is laughing and Dark is smiling at her. Once at the edge they stop for a minute. She pulls her mask back on fixing it.

"Ready." He takes her hand again and they leave going to the other side of town. Masky and the others follows them. Once they get to the other side of town Dark opens a window and then helps Raven in. After she gets inside he climbs in joining her. Masky and the guys are still watching them. Raven pulls her knife out and they split up. After a few minutes of gore and laughing they leave. They both are outside of the house covered in blood.
