Chapter Seventeen *Edited*

Third person POV

A few days have passed, and Ben hasn't got to ask Misty out yet. She's right now in the shower washing the blood from her hair. When she came out she's dressed in a long sleeve shirt and jeans.

"Ben wanna come skating with me?" She smiled waiting for his response.

"Sure but I've never been skating before." He shrugged. Misty pulled on her hoodie then her coat.

"Relax Ben, it's fun. I'll show you." She took his hand and started pulling him to the door. Once they get outside she kept pulling him. She teleported them to the shores and lead him to where the coven was hidden. On the outskirts of the coven, Misty saw Sister Rose and Luna. Rose was wearing a light purple coat with a pair of sweatpants. Luna was wearing a hot pink skating outfit with sparkles on it. She smiled seeing them.

"Sister Rose, Luna!" She called out waving to them. They turned seeing her and waved back. Misty dragged Ben with her up to them.

"Misty, hello, how have you been?" Rose smiled with Luna standing beside her.

"I've been better. What about you?"

"Oh same, a horrible storm hit a week back and the coven was about destroyed."

"That's horrible. Since I caught you here. I was gonna ask and see if I can skate on the pond. I'm trying to work with my powers, but I'm not having any luck."

"Oh, why yes you can Misty. You are still apart of this coven in spirit. You are very welcomed to come here skating when you want." She says smiling. Luna was still smiling at her but hasn't said a word.

"Oh, and Luna sorry about trying to kill you awhile back when I went all demon. I was just out of my mind. I hardly remembered what happened when I was in my demon form."

"It's ok. We all know it wasn't you." She looked over at Ben grinning. "So, is he your boyfriend?" She giggled, and Misty's face turned red.

"No! He's not my boyfriend." She paused for a second. "No matter how long I stay away from here you can still manage to be the Luna I know." They both laughed.

"I'll see you around Misty. I have to get back, my mother is preparing some hot chocolate for Sister Rose and me."

"See ya around Luna. Goodbye Sister Rose." Misty and Ben turned to leave going to the pond. She had let go of Ben's hand, and he was following her. She stopped in front of a large, frozen over pond.

"This place is gorgeous," Ben says in awe. They sat on a bench by the pond, and Misty put her skates on. "I don't have any skates." He says trying to get out of having the skate.

"Don't worry about that." She formed blades out of ice and froze them to the bottom of his boots. She pulled him up and helped him to the ice. He started slipping and sliding. "Steady. Steady, Ben." She stayed in front of him with her fingers interlaced with his.

"I don't think I can do this." He tried pulling away but started slipping.

"Wow. Steady. If you move to fast you will take us both down. Now just focus on me for now. In a few, I'm letting you try on your own." She pulled him back with her and skated backward pulling him. "Watch my feet whichever one I move, you push off with the opposite foot." Ben looked down at her feet and did as she says. After a few minutes in, he tripped on a rough patch of ice, and they both went down. Misty's back hit the ice, and he landed on top of her. She just started laughing and pulled one hand from his holding the back of her head.

"Are you ok?" Ben looked down at her.

"Yea but I hit my head." She's still laughing, and Ben started laughing just watching her. They lie like that for a minute laughing before Ben attempted to get up. He successfully got up and was standing stead. Misty got up and was standing beside him.
