Another flashbacks
"Jansel." She called my name nung lumabas ako pagkakita niya sakin after niya magdoorbell.
Nakakunot ang noo ko when I saw her. It wasn't the usual me whenever I'm seeing her.
"What do you want?"I coldly said.
I know nabigla siya on the way I said that but she still manage to act normal and just ignored my behavior.
"A-anong nangyari sayo? Why did you drop out sa philosophy class?" she asked.
"Tsk! Boring ang subject na yun. Kaya nagdrop out na lang ako." sabi ko pa as I inserted my hands on my pocket.
"Pe-pero pano ka? Hindi ka makakagraduate if you wouldn't take that subject."
"And so? It's none of your business Katelyn and stop bothering me . Umuwi ka na." I said and tinalikuran siya and was about to go inside but she immediately stopped me.
"No, Jansel! We need to talk! Ano ba nangyari sayo? Ba't ka ba nagkakaganyan!? Ayaw mo bang gumraduate? Please tell me, 'cause I'm so clueless of everything that's going on. I can't even reach you on your cellphone number that's why I decided to come here and talk to you personally. What happened to you? Why are you like this!? Bakit parang all of a sudden hindi na ikaw yung Jansel na kilala ko?" she said and I can see that tears are forming to fall from her eyes any moment and God knows how it hurts me to see the girl I love like this.
"Tapos ka na?" I cold heartedly said.
She slowly let go on her gripped on my arms when I said that,
"I-ikaw ba talaga yan Jansel?" She said and tears escaped from her eyes.
"This is the real me Katelyn. I dropped out sa philosophy class 'cause its really boring, and yes ayoko na grumaduate, nakakatamad na eh, siguro by next year na lang, Gusto ko pa kasi pagastusin ang parents ko sakin eh. And gusto ko pa mag-aral masaya kasi eh. Haven't you heard of the hottest news in the campus? Yung news na merong isang nerd guy sa school na walang awang binugbog ng grupo ng student from our school? Natelevise pa nga yun diba? You know what, that nerd guy, nacomatose siya, and until now hindi pa rin siya gumigising." I said in a serious gesture and lean closer to her ear. That got her eyes wide opened and then I continued. "But this is the most exciting part about it. I was one of those students na nangbugbog sa kanya. Ang saya diba? That's why hindi ako makakagraduate this year. But I'm not sad about it, masaya pa nga ko eh. Laki kasi ng atraso samin ng nerd na yun kaya bagay lang sa kanya yun eh, Pasalamat nga siya hindi siya namatay eh."
