Tsuna in the past

Chapter 18

Reborn instantly noticed that something is not right. He rushed over and pausing seeing the dull brown orbs and a blank stare he got from the brunet. He waved his hands in front of him, but there was no reaction.

"Mukuro and Deamon,  does anyone of you sense any mist flames?"

Both perked up and blinked at this. Instantly the room was colder and soon in a male was in front of them.

"Oya, look at this I was found out. But too late, after all now you won't get your boss back."

With this, the male disappeared, but not without him shooting at the other, but he disappeared without him getting hit. His teeth gritted together as he let a massive amount of bloodlust, but not just him. Everyone else in the room, even Yuni and Byakuran.

"Alright, stop it."

With this, the bloodlust disappeared after he said this. Tsuna was still out of it and it was as he was in his own world. That was not something that he expected, but he should have.

"What now?"

It was G asking and Giotto glanced at Tsuna before letting out a sigh.

"He will be safe, his HI will warn him and try to fend anything off. Reborn do you think we would be ready to fight them?"

He thought for a moment and smirked as he knew that Giotto would be alright, as well the other guardians. Since the three months, all got way stronger, that strong that Tsuna himself said that it should be alright when they would attack they would win.

"Don't worry, just don't hold back. I am sure that you will get through. Tsuna needs to stay behind, and someone should watch over him."

It was clear who to choose, and it wasn't him as they needed the power, so he looked at both Byakuran and Yuni. He could tell that Byakuran could fend anyone off and Yuni surprisingly was stronger as well. 

"I hope you two are alright staying here."

The two gave a nod and he let out a sigh. It was time to make them pay and he had the feeling that they will get particular help from others. He knew who they were and Yuni seemed to feel them as well. A few hours later they made a plan, as well knowing where they were. 

'I really hope that Tsuna will get out of that state...'

Eh, what is this? Why was his mind feeling so foggy, and what was up with him not caring about anything? He stared blankly up to the ceiling. Tsuna wasn't caring and he felt his body not wanting to move at all. It was as his body was waiting for someone to tell him to go somewhere. 

There was nothing like his mind wasn't thinking at all. It went that far that he couldn't even remember who he was. That was weird and he felt like the want to go somewhere, but there was still a part which resisted.

Don't go, you need to resist....

What is this voice talking about?  Meh, he wasn't really wanting to move anyway. Nor was he really cared about anything

"Come on, you need to listen to me il mio figlio. Come out of it, please Tsunayoshi...."

Who was this and why does it sound so dejected? He knew that voice, and why was it paining him that much hearing that voice. And was that his name, Tsunayoshi? He felt the time continue, and he knew that it continued, but he didn't really care about it. His mind drifted in and out, and sometimes he could hear people say stuff to him...

"Please wake up Tsuna..."

It was a different voice and he felt his heart-shattering at the tone. Why was he sounding like this and who was this person? He knew this person, and he knew that he loves that person. He felt everything turn black...

Something soft was on his temples and he felt him stare blankly at onyx eyes. Oh, he knew these eyes. Eyes which he loved, eyes which he knew belonged to someone he holds dearly...

'You need to wake up, everyone is waiting...'

It was that voice again. That made him confused, but this time it felt like his mind got less foggy, until he could think...

"Tsuna?"

What? Oh god, what happened? Why was Renato looking so relived yet worried at him? 

"Can you hear me?"

What question was that? Why was he asking this? Of course, he would and god the other looked like he hadn't slept a wink. In many days, actually and that made him just feel more lost.

"Eh?"

Was all that came out. It was too confusing to him, and why was the other looking that bigger? Right now he looked around 5 years older. Wait what the heck is going on? And why was his voice sounding so hoarse?

"Holy sh*t."

The other dashed away and he heard the door thrown open. Soon rushed footsteps approached, and he was still lost. The footsteps approached and soon stopping right next to him. He now realized that he was at a medical ward.

"Tsunayoshi when you can understand me, please give me then two blinks." 

He wasn't understanding why, but he did as the male wanted.

"Good, can you try and move your head?"

He was still not really understanding why, but he has done what the male wanted.

"Alright, I will move a finger in front of your eyes and you try to follow them, please."

That was making him realize that these were tested's to see how responsive he was. What in God's name is going on? The last thing he remembered was him talking to Yuni and Byakuran and then nothing...everything was blank. He did follow the fingers.

"Good, I am sure that you are confused and it makes sense. You were in a trance-like state for 5 years and 4 months. There were some mist influences which caused this, and it seemed that you just now broke free."

That was making him blink and it took a while to let that sink in. Tsuna felt his heart sink and now he knew why the other looked like this. 

"Don't worry, you weren't responsive yet food you never rejected as well water."

That made him let out a sigh, and he felt horrible now. Five years, five freaking years was a massive shock for him. Rushed footsteps soon appeared again.

"Is it true, that my son woke up?"

That was voice made him perk up. He would know that voice instantly...

"Yes, just now and he is responsive."

His head turned to the side to see Giotto look happy and relieved. 

"Thank god."

His heart was feeling in pain seeing how the other looked as sleep-deprived.

"Stop it, Tsuna it wasn't your fault. I am just glad that you are finally awake."

That made him give the other a small nod. He felt well-rested, but Tsuna knew that it would take a while for him to move. God, does he have to learn walking again? That was something that he wasn't liking...
