It was now a few days later since Giotto and G found him. Giotto got more and more restless each day that had passed. The other people tried to reassure him, but nothing worked. It was kind of funny, how the kid had that huge of an impact — a kid whom they hadn't known at all. However, everyone could agree on something that they were worried about that kid.

Giotto hadn't said anything at all this time, silently sitting right next to him. His eyes were watchful, and no one could get him away from that place. The only time he stood up was when going to the toilet other than that; he wasn't moving at all. They got worried now about their sky, as he wasn't eating well, nor had he slept at all.

"Giotto, you have to rest. I can watch over him when you're that concerned about him. It had gone now for almost one week."

It was his right-hand man, who told him that.

"Bu-."

There was now unexpected rain flames. Damn, now Giotto getting sleepy. He wanted to protest, but soon, he fell asleep. Before getting unconscious, he heard a sorry from his left-hand man Asari.

A few hours later

He groaned still feeling tired. Wait a second? How did he get to his bed? His mind was always tired, wondering what had happened. Until he suddenly widened awaken. Aura dark, as he sat up, glaring at the wall like it had done something. His anger dissolved as he saw the apologetic expression of his right, and his left hand was smiling softly. However, he could see the worries in his eyes. A sigh was hearing out of Giotto. Dang, he overdid it this time.

"Eat, and we can talk later."

He pouted slightly but ate without a complain this time. Soon he was finished eating and looked at them, before talking.

"So, how is he? Has he woken up yet?"

Both looked at each other. Giotto knew that this was unusual for these two well enough. So why were they looking at him in concern?

"That's the thing...he can speak fluently our language. You can hear out of his accent that he is Japanese. He...lost his memory.."

That made him be concerned. Could it be that this kid... A shiver ran through his spine, just thinking about what he had gone through. The time he wakes up, he seemed so...dead.

"Dammit, what happened?"

His heart was hurting just hearing this. His eyes turned golden as his resolve came out.

"Call the guardians. I want to talk to them about something."

His voice held authority, which they both knew they couldn't change a thing when their boss had decided something. So both gave a little nod, walking straight out of the room and letting their boss alone for now.

A few minutes later, all were there in the room, and so they waited for the new order.

"I don't want to hear any complaints about what I decided all right?"

The other nodded, not wanting to anger Giotto. The last time they had...let's say they ended up frozen.

"Good, he will stay here. I want to help him. He is a kid without any memories, nor does he have any identification."

All let out a sigh. That was to expect, so everyone just let it slide.

"Let our staff know that a kid will be living with us. Oh, and before forgetting to mention, he will be sleeping in my room."

The other glanced at each other, not knowing how to react to this and what their boss was thinking right now.

"But why, boss?"

The one who voiced now his concerned was the right-handed man. He knew that the first one who would express it was him. A sigh escaped out of Giotto's mouth.

"He is a kid, and my HI (hyper Intuition) is telling me, he isn't an enemy but someone whom we can trust and should protect."

They stayed silent, which meant that they all accepted it with that. Giotto's HI was always right so far.

"Let me alone with Knuckle, and everyone else dismissed."

Everyone one by one left until his left and right hand were first staying. When seeing the disapproving look, Giotto gave them both. They walked out as well, closing the door, right after leaving.

"What do you want to talk to me to the ultimate!"

His loud, boasting voice made the first vongola's ear rang painfully. A sigh escaped out of his mouth.

"Knuckle, please be a bit less enthusiastically."

"Ah, my bad to the ultimate."

His voice was still rather loud, but at least it was now relatively bearable.

"So, how is he?"

His expression changed into the known boss mode, with this Knuckle adjust to it as well. His eyes narrowed, eyes had an angry glimmer, whatever he would now tell him something terrible.

"His injuries were bad. I don't know what had, but they look as they came from a just recent battlefield."

He was silent for a moment as he was shuddering. Giotto's eyes narrowed more. How can this be? There wasn't any war going on near them. Not to mention he was a just...a freaking kid!

"I can't explain this, Giotto. However, what worries me more is his scars. They are just too many on that poor kid.."

"Whoever has done that will pay. I can't believe this that anyone would injure a ten-year-old child."

His eyes a bright shade orange as his eyes showed he was ticked off. He hated killing, but what makes him angrier was when people are injuring an innocent kid.

"Calm down, right now we know nothing about him. I think the best is that we help him feel at home. Maybe then his memory will come back."

He let out a sigh, nodding to him and slowly letting his dying will flame dissolve.

"Sorry about that. You know how I am when it comes to injustices."

"I know this. You can go to visit him. He is a lovely kid, remembers me on you other than the shyness, to the ultimate!"

"I see let's hope we can make him feel comfortable."
