Chris awoke the next morning to find himself quite rested. He didn't know how, but he usually didn't have any energy when he woke up. When Chris went downstairs and into the bar, he saw that nobody was there.
"Strange."
Chris kept searching the bar for any clues as to the reason for them being gone. He eventually found a note that told him that the others were out looking for accomplices.
"Ah."
Chris left the bar, intent on getting his quirks. If he got people instead, that would be suitable. Chris found Haiko at the beach, waiting for him to appear. She appeared to have four people with her this time. The of them were unbound, so Chris assumed they would be members. As for the bound person...they were chained and had a mask over their face.
"What's with him?"
Chris walked over to them and was about to remove the mask when Takanashi stopped him from doing so.
"Don't, boss. His quirk relies on seeing its target."
Chris looked at the other people first, curious as to what their quirks were.
"So, what are your quirks?"
The first to come up was a familiar blonde. She had messy buns and a sailor uniform.
"My quirk is Transformation. It lets me transform into whoever I drink the blood of."
Chris didn't stop and went to the next person.
"My quirk lets me Absorb the energy of other things. I can take it from living and nonliving."
Chris went to the final person.
"My quirk lets me manipulate the concrete in structures."
Bingo. The quirk Chris was looking for. It was hard for Chris to contain himself now. There was an itch that he needed to scratch.
"Time to know the last one."
Chris went over to the bound person and looked to Takanashi.
"I thought you would find this one...interesting. His quirk allows him to turn anyone he looks at insane. The effects are indefinite, but it causes harm to his mental health."
There was a thrum in Chris's heart. A constant beating, like a war call. His greed was starting to get out of control. With all of these good quirks, Chris felt as though he was going to lose control. Chris regained his sense and moved to the heavily bound person.
"I'll be taking this."
Chris took his quirk and felt a small twinge of insanity. Chris turned to the rest of the people there.
"What are your names?"
The first person to go was the blonde with messy buns.
"I am Toga Himiko."
The next person was blue-haired and wore a school uniform. Chris didn't recognize what school it was, but he couldn't care less.
"I am Kayano Yuu."
The final person was the one with the concrete quirk. They wore a very casual outfit. It was comprised of jeans, a t-shirt, and a hoodie. They had red eyes and black hair.
"Raiko Hirake."
Chris sized each of them up, causing some panic within them, exempting the blonde. Haiko was concerned that she didn't pick the right people for the organization. The other two were worried that they would be killed...or worse.
