The day after the celebration, Chris woke up in his office, remembering he was doing some work before he passed out. On his desk were blueprints and plans about a raid. The raid was supposed to be against another criminal organization: The Eight Precepts of Death. They were a criminal organization that stayed under wraps and acted as a yakuza, a Japanese mafia.

Chris remembered his prisoner in the torture chamber. The person there wasn't too important to Chris, but he had to do something about them before they could put another person in there.

"Or...they could give each other hope just for me to tear it away."

Chris decided to go with the latter option. He saw the others appear out of nowhere, not even stopping to bother with them. They just had to bide their time until they could get him to react. They just had to think of a way to antagonize him until he starts cracking.

Chris left the base via the Antique store, the front they had. Nobody would visit it because anything they had would be obsolete compared to anything that was recently invented. Leaving the building, Chris saw a person  on the top of a building. He thought this was his chance to get another quirk or another member. He could use more quirks.

Chris silently went up the side of the building the other person wasn't facing using his wing quirk. Chris deactivated it when he landed because of his reputation in the outside world. He was commonly known as The Reaper. The way he would kill his victims was gruesome. First, the victim would go missing. Then, a week later, they would be found tortured and brutally gutted. The first few times he left his name behind along with burning his organization's symbol on the victim's forehead.

The very first time he killed someone, he publicly displayed the body. Along with the body came a message.

"We are The Unforgettables. We will not be forgotten once more."

The only recurring aspect was the burning of the organization's mark into someone's forehead. Back to the matter at hand.

Chris was currently walking up behind the person standing on the ledge of the building. He noticed they were female and they appeared to be crying. Chris also noticed they had a very pale complexion. He walked closer and put his hand on their shoulder, making sure they didn't fall off the ledge when they jumped in surprise.

"Hi. What are you doing up here?"

The girl was skeptical of Chris's motives. Chris didn't know why, but she was looking at him with obvious skepticism. The girl spoke slowly, unsure if she should tell Chris what she was doing.

"I was up here for the view."

Chris looked at her with a smile and spoke with a sweet voice.

"We both know that's a lie. What are you doing up here? I won't ask again."

The girl was a little surprised that Chris didn't leave her when she lied to him, even if he knew it was a lie. Usually, people only look out for themselves.

"I was planning on jumping. Why are you up here?"

Chris tried pulling her away from the edge, but she wouldn't budge. He needed a different tactic.

"If you get down from there, I can answer any question you ask."

The girl reluctantly got off the ledge. When Chris got a good look at her, he saw she had jet black hair, ruby eyes, and a pretty face. She followed Chris to wherever he was going to sit. When they reached the optimal sitting point, Chris sat down and the girl followed.

"Why are you up here?"

Chris looked around and then back to the girl, speaking in a whisper.

"Do you want to know the truth or the pretty lie?"
