it was a week or so later and zach had found this special place he liked to go to in his free time. he never showed anyone it before but he decided to show jack, jack was special after all. he knew he'd love it just as much as he did.

"hey, so i have somewhere special i'm taking you after school" zach came up behind the boy leaving his surprised

"really? what is it?" jack was filled with questions but zach wasn't gonna answer a single one "it's a surprise i can't say" he winked before running to his next class leaving jack to wonder.

"hey corbs" jack sat by the boy in the class they shared "hey jack" he replied as they started to do their work

"gosh how do you do this??" jack was frustrated by the numbers on his paper but luckily corbyn was smart in math so he could help

"look you just have to subtract this then divide it by that and graph it" he worked out a couple problems for him before jack tried it himself and surprisingly got it done.

"wow...that's easier thank you" jack was happy he could do it alone now

"hey zachary" jonah shouted catching his attention
"uh yeah?" he turned around meeting the taller boy

"you wanna come to the diner after school and afterwards go to our hangout spot? all of us planning on going and we know you and jack hangout after school everyday" he asked and zach scratched his neck in nervousness

"actually we're doing something but if we have time then i'll get him to show me the spot and we will come...sorry" he told and jonah nodded

"no worries! i'll see you at lunch then" he walked off to class and zach did as well

it was lunch now and the halls were completely empty besides the two boys who walked them alone. zach hadn't noticed jack behind him until the curly haired boy ran and jumped onto his back making hik stumble and grab his legs so he wouldn't fall.

"well hi" zach chuckled as he pushed jack up a bit "hi" jack leaned his head forward so he could see zachs face a little. a small smile spread across both of their faces...

"can i know the surprise now?" jack begged and zach shook his head as they walked to the cafeteria "no jacky you'll see what it is" he spoke softly and they made it to the lunch room jack jumping off his back so no one stared.
they sat down and joined in on the conversation.

jack slipped his hand into zachs, their fingers interlacing under the table. the brunette softly rubbed circles into the pad of jacks hand with his thumb not even leaving the conversation.

a dust of rose covered jacks freckled cheeks as his heart fluttered from the touch. tatum walked over followed by christina as their dresses swayed back and forth as they walked.

"we decided to sit here today if that's okay" christina's voice was soft and sweet

"of course, here i'll pull up some chairs" corbyn swiped some from the table next to ours making room for the two.

"thank you" jack whispered to zach

"for?" he questioned "being sweet..." jacks voice was low and soft and zach loved it "i'm not but you are..." there was a long pause as the two brown eyed boys stared deeply at one another, completely sounding out everyone around them.

it that moment they didn't feel anything but admiration and happiness. it was a weird type of feeling but they sure as hell loved it.

no one noticed the sight laid before them besides the brunette sweet girl. she caught them in the corner of her eye smiling at the sight. she had a feeling something was going on but never spoke of it and never planned to. she knew what would happen if they did have something going and the wrong person found out, so she kept it a secret.
