Stay put, let me take you all in,
Remain still, let me have you the way I always wanted,
Stay warm, let me fall in love with you, again and again.
Your stillness speaks alot, through your eyes the lights shine,
Your stillness provokes anguish, fear and I let go of who I am,
Your being there, not being there is one and the same,
My being here and not being here is one and the same.
We aren't here, we aren't together,
But, yet, the way our souls root for each other,
The way our hearts beat,
The way our nights go staying awake in utter loneliness,
Makes, we wonder, we are together, even if we aren't.
Remain still, in my dreams, let me capture you,
Stay put, in my dreams, let me take you all in,
Remain still, in my dreams, let me have you the way I wanted,
Stay warm, let me love you and keep falling in love with you, again and again.
