~Patrick's POV~
It had been about four years since I met (Your name) and I was just leaving the jewelry store ((every kiss begins with KAY! sorry just had to XD)) to pick something up. It was a black case with a white velvet interior. Inside was a ring with melted and molded doubloon as the gem. I was secretly planning something for (Your name) at the Goofy Goober, her favorite ice cream shop. And mine also.
~Your POV~
You picked a letter from under your door's mail slot and looked over the mail. "Lighting bill... Electric bill... A letter from Patrick?" You hadn't heard from Patrick for about three weeks so you were super excited to read his letter, although his handwriting wasn't the best.
The letter read:
'D3ar (Your name), Sorry I hav3n't talk3d for a whil3 but I'll mak3 up for it in a f3w hours. M33t m3 down at th3 Goofy Goob3r for a sp3cial surpris3! Lov3, hop3s, and dr3ams, Patrick.'
You smiled and started walking out towards the Goofy Goober. When you got there, Patrick was holding a triple goober-berry sunday with nuts on top, just the way you liked it. He was also hiding something behind his back. "Aww, Patrick, you shouldn't have. You need the money." You said, recalling that in every episode of Spongebob Patrick was broke.
"Nah, it's ok (Your name)." Patrick said and held out the ice cream. You took it gently and smiled. "So what's the big surprise, or is this all it is?" You asked, licking the ice cream.
~Patrick's POV~
"So what's the big surprise, or is this all it is?" (Your name) asked while licking the ice cream I bought her. I smiled and shook my head no. "Then what is it?" She asked. I took a deep breath and got down on one knee. I took out the case behind my back and looked up into (Your name) (Eye color) eyes. "(Your name), we've been going out for about four years now and I'm really glad Spongebob took me with him and you on that camping trip. Because you're my angelfish human (Your name). I've loved you since I've met you and I love you to this day. So, I need to ask, will you marry me?" I asked and I saw tears of joy forming in (Your name) eyes.
"Yes! A billion times yes!" She screamed and hugged me close. I hugged back. And from this day on, I will always thank my best friend Spongebob for showing me someone who cares so much about me.
