THEA'S POV...
As soon as I entered the campus, all eyes were on me. People are whispering things about me. Thankfully, I have Chaeyoung and Rubyjane by my side to make my situation less awkward.
"She's the girl, right?"
"Yeah. I thought they were just childhood friends."
"I thought Eunha was his girlfriend."
"Eunha's obviously cuter."
"She's so... average."
My brows furrowed at the words these gossipers were saying. Rubyjane was about to confront that one girl who said I was average when I held her hand.
"Stop. Just ignore them." I whispered to her and dragged her to our classroom.
"She called you average while she herself looking below average. The nerve of that bitch..." She threw her chanel handbag on her table and sat down.
"They're just a bunch of insecure nobodies. I mean... who wouldn't get jealous of having the Jeon Leo as a boyfriend?" Chaeyoung said. I nodded at her and looked at Rubyjane who seemed to have calmed down already.
"Hey."
I was started when Leo suddenly appeared behind me.
"H-Hey." I greeted him back.
He smiled at me, "Did you rest well?"
"A little." I said.
He was about to say something again when the teacher finally arrived.
"Go back to your proper seat, Mr. Jeon. It's too early for flirting." She said which earned chuckles from my classmates.
Leo just gave the teacher an eye roll and went back to his seat, just infront of me.
The teacher started discussing and as usual, I don't understand a thing at all. Basically, I'm not listening. I'm just busy doodling the back of my notebook.
"Ms. Thea. Why don't you show us how to solve this problem?" The teacher suddenly called my name, making me look up to her.
"U-Uh... Come again, ma'am?" I asked.
"I said, show the class how it's done." She said, walking up to my table and giving me the white board marker.
I glanced at Rubyjane and Chaeyoung who seemed worried for me. I gulped and my eyes landed on Leo, who is already looking at me.
"Perhaps, I will answer the pro—"
"Mr. Jeon, did I permit you to talk? And I want Ms. Thea to solve the problem. It isn't that hard." The teacher cuts him off.
That's it. This teacher is really getting on my nerves. She just underestimated me and looking down at me like I'm the dumbest student.
I clenched my fist and got the marker from her palm. I walked in front, staring at the unfamiliar mathematical problem on the board.
