JEONGSAN'S POV...

I stood up from my seat and grabbed my coat. I took one last sip of my coffee and headed out to meet Thea.

"Jeongsan? You're going home?" Dad saw me. I turned around and saw him talking to my secretary.

"Uh no, Dad. I'm going out." I said.

"Where are you going?" He furrowed his brows.

"I'm gonna meet Thea." I smiled at him.

He squinted his eyes, "At this hour? Why?"

I smiled at Dad and shrugged my shoulders. I then walked out the building and went straight to my car. I feel like I'm winning ahead of Leo.

As soon as I reached a stop light and it turned red, my eyes wandered around and tapped my steering wheel to create random sounds.

But then I saw a familiar figure walking in side walk of the road, holding a plastic bag of foods while she licks her ice cream.

My eyes were glued to her. She looks far from when I first met her. Her handbags are absent, heels are missing, make up is non-existent, and her dress was replaced by an over-sized grey Balenciaga hoodie.

Still wearing known brands tho...

I drove my way to her and stopped, sliding down my windshield.

"Hey!" I greeted her which startled her a bit.

"You freakin' alien! I almost dropped my ice cream!" She spat, making me chuckle.

"Hop on! I'll drive you home." I invited her which she accepted immediately.

As soon as she settled herself beside my seat, I started driving. I stole glances at her from time to time because I couldn't believe that the Rubyjane Kim can actually wear less.

"The fuck are you laughing at?" She glared at me.

She's still foul-mouthed tho.

"Are you really Rubyjane?" I asked, eyeing her from head to toe.

"I know. I look stupid with this get-up." She groaned at me and continued eating her ice cream.

"No, you just... I was just surprised." I said.

"Of course, you are. I am surprised too everytime I face the mirror without make up." She sarcastically said.

"I mean... You look, pretty simple." I said, making it less flirty.

"I don't take 'simple' as a compliment." She snapped.

"I've put 'pretty' next to the 'simple' if you're offended." I cleared to her.

"Whatever." She rolled her eyes at me.

"You're moody. Is it your first day?" I asked her.

She gasped, "You know?"
