EPILOGUE (18+)

NARRATOR'S POV...

Thea proudly walked up the stage and received her diploma. She raised up her hand and waved at her parents. Kim Jennie and Kim Taehyung smiled at their daughter even though their black sunglasses are covering their eyes. They're the exact definition of proud parents.

"Thea looks so stunning." Lisa whispered to Jennie who is beside her.

"She is." Jennie proudly said.

"I'm so glad you didn't let Taehyung abort her." Lisa chuckled at her.

Jennie smiled, "We never planned to abort her in the first place."

Lisa nodded and smiled proudly at Thea who is shaking hands with the school's high personels in the stage.

Next up was Rubyjane who is confidently waking her way to get her diploma like she's in a pageant. She waved at the crowd feeling proud after she got her diploma. She smiled at her Airline CEO Uncle, Kim Jiyong who happened to be JB Group's partner in business.

"That's my girl right there!" A guy shouted, making Rubyjane smirk.

Lisa nudged her first born son, "Stop shouting, Jeongsan."

"But mom-"

"I know. If you're whipped for her that much, just take it to your room later. Stop embarrassing yourself here." Lisa said so casually, making Jeongsan chuckle at his mom's sassyness.

Up next was Chaeyoung. Everyone was clapping. Especially Jam and Rubyjane. They were so proud of her.

"I can't believe she graduated." Rubyjane whispered to Thea who is seating beside her.

"Stop being sarcastic, Ruby." Thea nudged her bestfriend. Rubyjane just nodded and continued clapping at Chaeyoung taking her diploma like she deserved it.

Next up is Leo. He took a deep breath before he walk his way up the stairs.

This is it..., he thought.

It seemed like a slow motion for Leo as nervousness invade his system. He had his hands clenching and his forehead semi-wet from sweat.

His heart was beating faster than ever as he shook hands with the people standing before he could receive his college diploma.

He reached the end of the line where their homeroom teacher handed him his diploma.

Lisa and Jungkook were clapping proudly at their son as he shook hands with the last person on the stage.

But Leo is near to fainting as he face his last teacher and whispered, "Ma'am, can I make a short speech? For 5 minutes?" He asked.

"I don't think it's gonna work... We have a lot of other students waiting for their diplomas, Leo." The teacher denied.

"Please, Ma'am! Even just for 3 minutes?" Leo asked once again.

The teacher sighed in defeat, "Fine." the teacher nodded and got the microphone, giving it to Leo.

He took a deep breath before taking the mic and faced the confused faces of the crowd.

Thea and the others had their brows furrowing in confusion. Though, Rubyjane is smirking in the corner and so is Jeongsan. They seemed like they knew exactly what's about to happen.

"Uh... H-Hi." Leo nervously started.

The audience just stared at him.

He cleared his throat, "I'm standing here today to tell you... how lucky I got and how thankful I am for being in college. College is well, yeah, a total torture for us. Both physically and mentally. But college for me, is one of the greatest part of being a youth."
