So today im right here at my seat in school listening to this boring class

Its the final class of the day and i cant wait for it to be finished

Ms Bustier was discussing a new project for us and i was too tired for that

I'll be partnered up with Marinette anyway so who cares

"Ok everyone as i've said we will have a reporting assignment.So usually i let you guys pick who your gonna work with but since you all get along,the partners in this project will be drawing slots"the teacher said with a smile

"What?!"

"Come on!"

"No way!"

"Ok"

Pssh so childish

Wait

Slots

Then that means it will lower the chances of being with Marinette

No!!!

"Ok everyone each of you take a stick and whoever has the same number will be doing the report together ok?"

"Yes ,Ms!"everyone says in snyc

So we all got our numbers and everyone started finding their "partners"

I wasnt moving in my seat cause i was looking at Marinette

Then suddenly Adrien approached her

"Hey,Marinette,we have the same number!We're partners then!How cool is that?"

What?!

Their partners!

No!

I wanted to be partners with her

Not just because she's smart and will do almost all the work but also because she's the only one i can actually talk to

As i was self pitying in my seat,a red head approached me

"Ummm,your the only one with no partner right?I was wondering if we have the same num-"

I cut him off and i showed him my number

"Mines *,what yours?"

"Oh were the same,i guess we're partners"he said nervously

He's obviously scared of me

Impressed he had the balls to even talk to me

"Oh thats great,then lets work on your place thats cool right?" i said cheerfully

"O-ok"he stuttered and seemed surprised

He probably didnt expect me to be nice

Geez i really need to do something about my reputation

Sure im sassy and fight but i dont always start them.Well sometimes,but still,i only fight when they start something.And im being nice as i can be for Marinette

He said his name was Nathaniel and well he seems pretty timid for a boy

Not my type

He seems reliable enough since he looks like a nerd

So we agreed to start with the project immediately so we can save more time

The bell rang and Ms Bustier announced something before letting us leave

"Alright everyone,all has a partner so make sure you complete this report cause this is **% in your grades.I've assigned the dates of you will be reporting so dont forget that.All right, all of you can leave now"

And so we all left the room and finally school was over

Gosh

Im gonna be busy for reals this few days

Before i left i approached Marinette

But it seems that Adrien was talking to her

"Hey,Marinette,its so sad we're not partners in this project"

"Haha yeah your right"

"Me and my partner are gonna start working with our project,so i cant visit the bakery today.I hope you have a great time making the project....with him"i glared at Adrien and he just sweats a little

"Bye Mari!!"i said my fairwell and went along with Nathaniel

As we were walking i looked back first and i saw Marinette blushings so much as Adrien laughs with her and signaling her to go

Marinette seemed to be glad to follow him and they both went into the bakery

I kinda felt hurt for some reason

Its like she enjoys his company more than me

Does he make her happy more than me?

Do i even make her happy?

Is she even happy with me?

Whatever

I'll just finish this project and get this over with
